Ahhhh, Mornings


I never used to look forward to mornings. Just a few years ago when we both worked full time and had jobs (with bosses), we had to wake up before 5am so I could drop Eddie off at work so I could teach my 6am classes. I don't know how I juggled it all back then.
Teaching 15+ classes a week, personal training another 20-30+ hours AND adding Online Coaching to this was just crazy! But it was possible only because I someday dreamed of having moments like this.
I never want to take for granted the fact that we now create our own schedule...and tbh, our relationship is the best it's ever been and I truly believe it's because we get to see each other more.
Life is full of choices and opportunities, if you ever feel like you cannot go one more year stuck then let's have a chat. I am mentoring new Coaches to learn how to work from home and build something that can give them hope for a better future. Yes this is work, and yes you have to show up, but working for yourself is one of the most freeing feelings ever.

If I can give you any advice, it's JUST DO IT...especially if you don't feel ready...because ready is a lie. Most people will wait their whole life waiting for the perfect moment that never comes.
I waited nearly 2 years to do this because I was waiting for THAT moment.... it never came.... instead I realized that to BECOME the person strong enough to do this, I needed to ACT like that person...as in TAKE ACTION towards it. And that first step changed my life forever. π Ready or not. Let's do this.
You Need to Hear This

You need to draw a line in the sand. Don't let one more person talk you out of your dreams. It's not anyoneβs job to tell you what you can or can't do. Ya feel me!?
So what?!?! So you might have failed in the past. That doesn't define what you CAN and WILL accomplish tomorrow.
I could have said, "Yup failed at that online business..... & failed at that gym job... & failed at college... probably could never do the entrepreneur thing." .....but something inside of me reminded me...."Do I REALLY want to work on someone elseβs dreams for the rest of my life....or work hard on building my own?!?!" UMMMMM, OPTION B. PLZ.

I was driven but I was lost.
I hated showing up even on my sickest and most tired days for a paycheck that wasn't even enough to give me ANY sense of security.
I was sad I missed time away from friends and family bc I couldn't afford to NOT work.
I knew if I didn't change then nothing would change, so I reached back out to the coach who told me about this. I OWNED the fact that my excuses were just that....EXCUSES...and why DEFEND feeling miserable when I wanted to FIGHT for a life of freedom!?
Ya can't have both. YOU can't keep WANTING change when in reality you are taking NO STEPS towards it!!! That's a lie. Do you REALLY want to stay the same MORE than you want change?
So what would it take to make that change? Is it enough for you? Is it enough for the people you love? Is it worth fighting for? If it IS worth it, then keep reading....

Currently him and Batman are sleeping next to me while I watch Gilmore Girls & it feels like vacay just started. π
I hope you all experience a love that feels like this and if you are with someone be sure to tell them how much you love them and show it not only with words but also actions. EVERYDAY.

Never Miss a Monday
Someone remind me to never miss a Monday ππ
Spent the last 5 days driving back home and knew I had to get this done because on the days I DON'T workout I feel TERRIBLE.
I know some people say it's hard to workout and they don't have the energy, but TRUST ME. The energy you create gives you WAYYY more(healthy and long term) energy than any redbull, monster, quick sugar or anything else for that matter.
Your body was created to MOVE and a body that creates motion, stays in motion, and stays healthy. I know some days will be harder than others...I know it was for me today, but I can't quit on me...or YOU. Thanks for holding me accountable to my goals too guys. Your check ins on social media and our private groups motivates me to do better. EVERY DAY. π

Goals are only dreams until you decide to step outside your comfort zone.
Making dreams a reality takes consistent work, but it's also the most rewarding work because it gives you the freedom you thought you could only dream about before.
Whatever path you are on, keep going. Keep moving forward. Don't let doubt take over, especially doubting yourself.
What you want and what you dream about IS IMPORTANT. God wouldn't give you a dream if He didn't think you could handle it. π

When I was teaching 15+ fitness classes a week & practicing routines for another 10 hours a week I went from working out 25 hours a week down to less then 5 hours a week with Online Coaching!!!!!
Guys. Seriously......these nutrition & fitness programs I follow along with the Support & the mindset growth we focus on is KEY to change. BTW, I'm buying all new sign ups in August the September book of the month (The compound effect) because I've seen crazy success when we focus on ALL THESE AREAS.
So how about it?!? In 21 days my group is starting a 3 day detox to help heal the gut from over-processed foods then we begin THIS PROGRAM on September 13th. Ya gonna keep watching, or ya gonna crush this with me?!?!

Body Image
These beautiful chicas have such a better body image than I did when I was their age & I'm so so proud of them for not allowing them to underappreciate the beautiful life and body God gave them.
For me I had struggled with binge and emotional eating for over a decade because when I was 17 I was told my skirt was too tight because I was eating TOO MANY little Debbies.
Looking back I know the woman who told me this probably said that because she was told she needed to lose weight too. I can see now that people who judge have also felt judged their whole life and that breaks my heart. But this isn't a NEW story. This is REAL LIFE...
This has happened to EVERYONE & most likely EVERYONE has said things to others they regret. We are human! Just remember that No....We should NOT define our worth by someone's opinion of us. EVER.
If you hear a rude comment or someone draws attention to your "flaws" just know that they DO NOT have your best interest in mind & while it hurts you MUST remember your true beauty lies within.
The way you REACT to this negativity will help build or tear down your love for yourself and others. Respond positively with "thanks for your feedback but I love ......about me"
And while we are on the subject, when you get a COMPLIMENT ....The way you REACT to this positvity will help build or tear down your love for yourself and others. So remember to say ....thanks for your your compliment, it means so much to me."
Treat others with love, and more importantly treat YOURSELF with love so you CAN forgive and love others even better. π

I could get used to this schedule ππ
Part of the reason I became an online Coach was TO SOMEDAY HAVE THIS SCHEDULE.
Working for multiple gyms and having limited time (& funds) to visit family could have been my excuse to stay stuck and NOT add on more thing to my already packed work schedule...but instead I used it as a REASON to fight to change my future.
It might have taken me 6 years to hit these freedom goals, but to me every memory made with my family & beach time is so so worth it. πππ₯°
Have ever thought about doing what I do? And if you have, why are you waiting? Time will pass regardless, wanna build something amazing together?

Environment
How did this binge-eating, over-training, stressed out person change? π― Environment.
When you change your Environment to be better suited for your goals you make your decision making & your life so much EASIER! I know what you are thinking....duh. that makes sense....but I was rarely practicing this and letting my self conscious make the decisions for me...until I said..."Nope. I DO have the power to change." OWN.IT.
& Here's whats helped me most....
πMAKE GOOD HABITS VISIBLE.....
β‘οΈ Superfoods shake mix set out next to blender
β‘οΈ weights visible in the room I workout in
β‘οΈ coffee only to be enjoyed while listening to my personal development book ("Atomic Habits" this month)
πMAKE BAD HABITS DISAPPEAR ...
β‘οΈ BINGEING ....instead of buying the large bag of doritos, buy one single serve for the car ride home from grocery shopping ('Im not saying ya gotta quit ppl. live yo life!)
β‘οΈ BAD SLEEP HABITS....place phone charged far away so you don't stay up scrolling and you don't reach for snooze in the am....ya gotta get up to turn it off...and STAY UP! (So ya have time for coffee and PD...MMMM, good rewards= positive reinforcement)
β‘οΈ OVERTRAINING.....yup for me cutting back on classes I taught saved my health! I focused more so online to help my clients, but also to help me. We commit to the SAME 30-40 min workouts and when we are done, we are DONE. No more joints hurting and helllllooo feeling strongπͺπͺπͺ
I hope these tips helped you...remember it's good to have reminders, but ALWAYS take some sort of action towards something GOOD FOR YOU. Btw, yes I find all things π© hilarious, I love travel, I love the people in my life SO HARD and I'm SO PASSIONATE about what I do.
Tbh, I NEVER thought would earn a 6 figure income doing what I do. I worked for countless gyms, studios, personal trained and never once came close to the growth I've experienced working online.
And NO. I'm NOT saying that to brag. I'm saying....or more so ASKING... are YOU someone who looks for the laughter in life and wants to make a difference in other people's lives(including your own life)?!
