How did this binge-eating, over-training, stressed out person change? 💯 Environment.
When you change your Environment to be better suited for your goals you make your decision making & your life so much EASIER! I know what you are thinking....duh. that makes sense....but I was rarely practicing this and letting my self conscious make the decisions for me...until I said..."Nope. I DO have the power to change." OWN.IT.
& Here's whats helped me most....
🙌MAKE GOOD HABITS VISIBLE.....
➡️ Superfoods shake mix set out next to blender
➡️ weights visible in the room I workout in
➡️ coffee only to be enjoyed while listening to my personal development book ("Atomic Habits" this month)
🙌MAKE BAD HABITS DISAPPEAR ...
➡️ BINGEING ....instead of buying the large bag of doritos, buy one single serve for the car ride home from grocery shopping ('Im not saying ya gotta quit ppl. live yo life!)
➡️ BAD SLEEP HABITS....place phone charged far away so you don't stay up scrolling and you don't reach for snooze in the am....ya gotta get up to turn it off...and STAY UP! (So ya have time for coffee and PD...MMMM, good rewards= positive reinforcement)
➡️ OVERTRAINING.....yup for me cutting back on classes I taught saved my health! I focused more so online to help my clients, but also to help me. We commit to the SAME 30-40 min workouts and when we are done, we are DONE. No more joints hurting and helllllooo feeling strong💪💪💪
I hope these tips helped you...remember it's good to have reminders, but ALWAYS take some sort of action towards something GOOD FOR YOU.
