When we show ourselves compassion and love, then we accept nothing less from others. (Boundaries are a great thing) Be sure you put YOU and your needs at the top of YOUR list. When you DO take the time for yourself you are more loving and kind and compassionate to yourself and others. 💕💕💕

Commit to Change
Always looking for the easy way out. Slacker. Procrastinator. College drop out. Business failure. Anxious & Scared.....all words that I thought defined me until I did something about it. Wanna know WHY those words don't define me anymore? Because I decided that if I wanted to have a different life, I had to Think and Do differently. And the BEST way to do that!?! COMMIT TO CHANGE.
That's why I have been SUPER committed to these programs. I started to see change as soon as I stepped up and DECIDED I was going to be one of "those" people I so admire. (& kinda secretly hated🤣)....And Guys, YES....today was our LAST WORKOUT!!!!!! 🔥😭🔥
At rep #80 on the burpee slides, the trainer asked us WHY we weren't gonna quit. And my reason for starting & Finishing this program is.....
🔥It shows me I CAN stay true to my word.
🔥I prove it to myself to be one those committed people.
🔥 It shows I'm DONE breaking promises to myself.
🔥 It proves to me that I CAN accomplish not just bard workouts, but also hard times in life.
🔥When I show it works for me I hope others see that there's hope for them. I show up for them too.
Tomorrow starts a new Program & I'm beyond excited to be ALL-IN with this one too!!!!! & I’m SO FLIPPIN PROUD that we've completed the hardest program everrrrrrrrrrr🙌🙌🙌🙌😭😭😭😍😍😍😅😅😅

So this is YOUR reminder you are and always HAVE BEEN worthy of a healthy & happy life. Set boundaries and remember if you want to ADD ON good behaviors then you can't do that to an ALREADY full schedule. Instead what can you sacrifice to make self care work for you?

Best Year Yet
Happy January 1st everyone! Anyone else stay up until 4am making a vision board!?🤦🏽♀️🤣
If you would have told me 6 years ago this is what my life is, I would have said✋🏼 YEA RIGHT.
Ya see, my confidence was low and my doubts were high but I had a small glimmer of hope that my life COULD look completely different, but that meant I HAD to take chances.
2014 Sarah wouldn't think the goals on this board are doable, & had NO idea how to get there but 2020 Sarah CAN & Already has the mindset to achieve these goals....but I realize NOW that EVERY new challenge that arises means I have something to learn from it. And that's a GOOD thing.
We NEVER get to where we want to go with who we are NOW, it's who we BECOME along the way that matters most.
So going forward into this year I want you to dream but even more importantly I want you to GROW.
☆Become so obsessed with becoming nicer to yourself and others.
☆Ask for help.
☆Take a training.
☆Stop comparing yourself to someone's highlight reel. They working hard, ya just don't see it.
☆Step outside your comfort zone.☆ EVERYDAY.
☆Learn from others as often as you can and never NEVER give up on your dream. ☆

Be A Brave Horse
Welp 2019, you have shown me I CAN achieve dreams of posing like a horse🤦🏽♀️🤣🤦🏽♀️ I'm sorry but please don't take this the wrong way, but does anyone else feel like an idiot doing "sweaty selfies"!?!?.......I mean ya, I get it. I want to inspire people to get up and move but if ya think after 5 years of doing this ONLINE THANG you would assume I would be more comfortable....but I'm NOT. I take 50+ pics to get one "OH KAYYYY ONE".
And even then, I judge myself.....A LOT. But then I remember, everyone goes through this..there's something about being connected to those that know what it's like to put yourself out there on the interwebz. And dude, I commend you. I feel you. But we do this NOT for ourselves. We do it for the lives we will inspire. We do it to show that fear does not stop us. We do it even when we don't want to. We do it even if we feel judged because at the end of our lives I'd rather be a brave horse than thinking I shoulda gone for it. #keepgoingbabes #wegotthis #allin2020
Overslept
This is my ...."I'M SO SORRY POST".....
I hesitated sharing this because sometimes as a leader of a team ya might think, "I shouldn't make mistakes"..."what would they think if I fail"... "I can never let them down".... "I need to be the best at this"...or maybe I think that if I'm NOT there to lead then EVERYTHING would fall apart....and as egotistical as that sounds that was SOOO me especially earlier today.
Guys, I OVERSLEPT for my team call. Yea, the one I HOST. The one where today we were planning on making vision boards for 2020😭😭😭....
And NO. The world did not end. When I hopped on wayyy late there was still a few ladies there who told me all about what they shared and how encouraging everyone was on the call and they ALL stepped up to be there and LEAD EACH OTHER. And in that moment I realized something... they GOT THIS.
I had a false sense of security thinking I was the glue...and I'm NOT and this is a GREAT thing. I'm so freaking proud of our team and I have to say sorry for being a flippin control freak 🤣🤦🏽♀️ I know you ALL are more than capable of this. I Know NOW how much my ego gets in the way sometimes...and I'm gonna stop that. I'm going to work on this. And I thank you guys for your constant love and helping me to grow everyday💕 Love you Team SWEAT. Always.
2020 Goals
I love the beginning of a new year!!!! With everyone's 2020 goals going underway I wanted to help set you guys up for success.

Holiday Eating Plan
I know some will workout EVERY DAY...Limit their sugar intake and feel amazing during the holidays.. ..and I look up to them. But I'm not one of them. And I probably will never be & I Am 💯% 👌🏼 with that.
I WILL enjoy my carbs and treats.
I WILL take off a day or a few from working out & most of all I WILL continue to tell myself that my journey is NOT one of perfection. My journey is one of happiness, forgiveness and love towards myself and others.
So before you think you need to binge and starve (like I used to) I want you to remind yourself that you are beautiful ESPECIALLY on the days ya feel a little fluffy. So push that guilt and punishment and shame outta your head and take a deep breath, pop that hip and say I GOT THIS!
Btw, this is NOT A before /after, this is my example of those 2 personalities that are in my head most days. If you feel that negative voice start to rise up what helps me is to start journaling. WHY am I feeling this way and what advice would I give to my friend if she told me those feelings?! I quickly write out the reasons "she" is beautiful, strong, brave and smart and it helps me to see the bigger picture. When we see the beauty in ourselves then we can live our best life. So choose love. Enjoy life. And remember you are enough. Always. 💕
Enough to Go Around
So much truth in this. Remember for every transformation, graduation, anniversary and success story remember to show 💕💕💕 When you live in the mindset of abundance and not one of scarcity then you realize that there IS happiness, kindness and enough success for everyone.
