Holiday Eating Plan

I know some will workout EVERY DAY...Limit their sugar intake and feel amazing during the holidays.. ..and I look up to them. But I'm not one of them. And I probably will never be & I Am 💯% 👌🏼 with that.

I WILL enjoy my carbs and treats.
I WILL take off a day or a few from working out & most of all I WILL continue to tell myself that my journey is NOT one of perfection. My journey is one of happiness, forgiveness and love towards myself and others.

So before you think you need to binge and starve (like I used to) I want you to remind yourself that you are beautiful ESPECIALLY on the days ya feel a little fluffy. So push that guilt and punishment and shame outta your head and take a deep breath, pop that hip and say I GOT THIS!

Btw, this is NOT A before /after, this is my example of those 2 personalities that are in my head most days. If you feel that negative voice start to rise up what helps me is to start journaling. WHY am I feeling this way and what advice would I give to my friend if she told me those feelings?! I quickly write out the reasons "she" is beautiful, strong, brave and smart and it helps me to see the bigger picture. When we see the beauty in ourselves then we can live our best life. So choose love. Enjoy life. And remember you are enough. Always. 💕
