Chipotle Bowl Thoughts
Mmmmm, chipotle bowlπ.....but healthier because it's ACTUALLY Portioned ππΌππΌππΌ Growing up I was taught EAT ALL YOUR FOOD...as an adult I kept that motto...and it got me into eating WAYYYYY PAST fullness & I know I'm not the only one, so here's a few small changes that helped me create new habits....hope it helps!!!

Replace all your soda and juices for WATER!!!!! YES. Drink water, even if ya don't like it. 1/2 your body weight in ounces at least. Add fresh food like lemon, strawberries, mint or cucumber to make it tastier. Remember your tastes change when YOU change.

Fill your plate with veggies. That makes less room for the processed carbs that you don't need as much of. ππΌ

throw out the cereal...you're not 5 anymore. (That goes for all BOXED foods). Read the labels of these... if you don't understand an ingredient just remember, neither does your body. Stop the confusion & madness!!!!!π€£

And most of all...MEASURE YOUR PORTIONS!!!!
Once I started using the portion control system I learned WHAT & HOW MUCH to eat & also WHY I was an emotional eater. I know I became a Coach to further help others but I was schooled y'all, in the BESTEST of ways ππΌ The meal plans, recipes, system for success was everything I needed....Plus studying this Nutrition Cert has really made me realize that 90% of EVERYONE needs help in this area. Just fyi, we aren't alone in this struggle people!!!!

Never Enough
I think we ALL have areas that need some growing but I think my weakest area has always been FEELINGS OF NEVER BEING ENOUGH.....
Let me explain, I was envious & super jealous of other peoples success. I know... Total B move right!?!? Now I see that when I was envious and jealous I was NOT looking internal for happiness. It was all external. I struggled with this for years....So, Why was it I wasn't happy and what could I do to not feel so worthless? I decided to deep dive into personal growth. And the biggest change happened when I realized that all these feelings of negative can be overwritten by ACTIONS of gratitude & CHOOSING to do something POSITIVE instead of feed into the hate, gossip & envy. Happiness, love & gratitude is WITHIN me & you. If we want to see positive, it's there. If we want to see negative, we see negative. We have to start THINKING THANKFUL but also SHOWING it. "Less talking, more DOING" as they say.
So what was I seeing when I saw others success? I was seeing what I didn't have. So instead of compare, I needed to be grateful for what I ALREADY had & then use their story as INSPIRATION to become better.
If you ever find your struggle is the same as mine just know that not everything is as it seems. We ALL have weak & strong areas of our life. The best way to become happier is to BE happier. And yes it's a choice. It ALWAYS is a choice. When you are positive happy & giving through actions then your feelings of comparison & worthlessness start to fade. There's not enough room for negative when you decide to become a better person.
So write that "I'm sorry" message to someone. Call up someone you love & TELL THEM you love them. Do something good for those around you. Ya know the 5 love languages? πQuality timeπTouchπActs of serviceπwords of encouragement & πgifts? What can YOU do to show others gratefulness with one of those languages?
Remember, when you fill another persons cup you are at the same time filling yours because people are meant to help people. When you give someone light from your candle it does not dim yours. Everyone can grow but it starts with the desicion to do better & to act on it everyday. π
Butterflies, Rainbows, & Unicorn Ice Cream Poop (Not)
"You are 2% likely to succeed in an online business." That's NOT something they tell you when you join. And so WHY THE HECK would I talk about this!?!?! Because I'm 100% honest about what an ONLINE BUSINESS IS. And no, It's NOT butterflies , rainbows & unicorn ice cream poop. It's hard work. & the reason WHY it's hard is because it starts with a belief that this WILL work & that comes down to a belief in YOURSELF. There's SO MANY products & companies that are freaking phenomenal & I want to tell ya something, even though statistics tell you one thing I'd like to let you in on a SECRET to success.
Let me take ya back 5 years ago when I started my Online Fit Biz. We had conference calls back IN THA DAY and for some reason I worked myself up SOOOO much during a call I was speaking on and I had a BAD Panic attack. My upline had to get on the call and takeover while I stopped choking and started to breathe again. πππ
I could have said., "I'm not cut out for this...I QUIT." but I didn't. Here's why..
#1 If I quit now I let down not only myself but also the people that are counting on me.
#2 If I quit now I prove the nay-sayers/doubters right(I had an ego back then, now I don't give a poopππΌ)
#3 If I quit now, I won't achieve my HUGE goals. And if others can achieve these goals, why Can't I!?! We offer the same stuff!!!! ππ½ββοΈ
#4 I'm sick of being a Follower and envying the success of others. If I want to be a leader, I have to be a leader of my own life FIRST. I want that confidence and trust & belief in myself so that I can also help others have that & I won't get that by quitting!!!!!
If you are a fellow entrepreneur or are thinking about joining, just know MINDSET is EVERYTHING and failures are NOT roadblocks, they are stepping stones to success. So don't give up. Keep learning. Keep growing. Keep trying & most of all KEEP SHOWING UP. We are here to prove prove to ourselves and others that there is a better way. Bc there is!!!! As many failures as I've had I've also gained countless friendships, transformation stories, confidence, a positive mindset & the freedom to work from home with Eddie. I would have never had this without Coaching. π

Passion
When you face fears and try something new, you learn more about what your passion is. And passion is never a person place or thing. It's a FEELING that comes up and gives you energy rather than depletes it. So pay attention to the people and work around you. Are you feeling energetic, excitement & hope or are you feeling tired, bored and anxious!? And if you don't know, then what is your BODY telling you!?!! Looking back there are a few examples in my life that I SHOULD HAVE listened to.......
I had toxic relationships that depleted me, and I actually broke into a rash on both my arms. The only thing that soothed it was turning the faucet all the way to scolding hot and putting my arms under it. Yikes.... I was also a nail biter.....like bleeding cuticles nail biter. π for almost 30 years!
I realize now that I was NOT passionate about my life and I tolerated how people treated me. I wasn't aware that YES I have a choice in this. And NO, I'm not playing that victim card anymore...
I connected with more positive people and I decided to learn something new. Sure it made me feel scared of the unknown but looking back if I hadn't had taken those chances to learn and grow I wouldn't be here....
ππSitting on my front porch following up with babes who are crushing their goals. I LOVE the people I'm surrounded by now and I LOVE helping them to see their value too. You have value and you can create a passionate purposeful driven life. Find what you enjoy and learn more about it. Take a risk, it might be the change you have been looking for all along.π
Breathe and Be
While the saying "Go hard or Go Home" can describe some, maybe for some of us we need to adopt a new saying. Maybe "Breathe & Be" should be the new motto....
So what does BREATHE AND BE mean?
#1 Slow down. You are SOOOO busy doing for others and saying YES to all the things that you forget your most important priority. YOU. Your busy-ness keeps you from going after your dreams doesn't it?
#2 breathe and be present in the ONE THING you will do to move a little closer to your goals. Take some notes on what brings YOU joy, health, happiness,..whatever that is for you, write it down. And what is that ONE thing you can TODAY that's for JUST FOR YOU!?!?! whatever that is, Set aside time TODAY.
#3 Speak your truth. Tell someone, tell a few people who are also dreamers and do-ers. You start to realize you aren't alone in your WANT for something better. Those that have what you want might even have trainings on exactly HOW to get to where you want to go!!!! That's how I learned!!!!
All that to say, NO you don't have be a "balls to the wall", "go hard or go home" , or "BEAST MODE" kinda person to be successful, happy and healthy. You start where YOU are at and you love yourself ENOUGH in this EXACT moment to treat yourself right. We don't become who we want to be by hating who we are NOW. We realize we are already enough and we allow that stronger, positive more powerful person inside of us to grow. Hush out the negative and listen to the positive. Breathe and Be. πππ
Show Up
We are closer than we realize to the life we want. It takes just ONE decision to change the direction of your life forever. That ONE decision compounded over time leads to a happy, fulfilled and purposeful life.
That's why I love fitness, it's a perfect example of this. Yes, there are benefits to working out, but a few times in a month won't really get you anywhere. You must decide that, MOST days of the week, you will show up and PROVE to yourself that you are WILLING to put in the work for the results you deserve.
SO. SHOW. UP.
And don't do it alone. There's no accountability in that. Ya know, it's easier to break a promise to yourself than it is to someone else. We have become MASTERS at breaking our own promises. Time to stop that. Time for change. Time for a better life....screw that, its time for your BEST life. Ya feel me!?!?! As for me, I finished ANOTHER 21 day program!!!! ππππ Yesssss, Ima brag...because I still remember when I "dabbled" with these programs. Sure I would do a few workouts here and there but I was also teaching fitness classes ALOT so I would say .."my classes are MY fitness"....um FALSE. As an Instructor I had to learn that NO, I'm there to TEACH, not TAKE. NOW I tell my classes that... "This is YOUR workout NOT mine!!!" And it's TRUE. When I teach I'm there for THEM....not ME. And I finally GET IT.
I now realize how much I was missing out on MY OWN HEALTH. Now I freaking LOVE my "ME TIME". I GET TO be the student and learn more about what I NEED. I have a Master Trainer telling me EXACTLY what to do and I don't have to think...I just do. I have a Certified Nutritionist and dietitian telling me EXACTLY how to eat to heal my body. I have a support group cheering me on(you guys know who you are) and I FREAKING LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!!! πππ
