Chipotle Bowl Thoughts
Mmmmm, chipotle bowlπ.....but healthier because it's ACTUALLY Portioned ππΌππΌππΌ Growing up I was taught EAT ALL YOUR FOOD...as an adult I kept that motto...and it got me into eating WAYYYYY PAST fullness & I know I'm not the only one, so here's a few small changes that helped me create new habits....hope it helps!!!

Replace all your soda and juices for WATER!!!!! YES. Drink water, even if ya don't like it. 1/2 your body weight in ounces at least. Add fresh food like lemon, strawberries, mint or cucumber to make it tastier. Remember your tastes change when YOU change.

Fill your plate with veggies. That makes less room for the processed carbs that you don't need as much of. ππΌ

throw out the cereal...you're not 5 anymore. (That goes for all BOXED foods). Read the labels of these... if you don't understand an ingredient just remember, neither does your body. Stop the confusion & madness!!!!!π€£

And most of all...MEASURE YOUR PORTIONS!!!!
Once I started using the portion control system I learned WHAT & HOW MUCH to eat & also WHY I was an emotional eater. I know I became a Coach to further help others but I was schooled y'all, in the BESTEST of ways ππΌ The meal plans, recipes, system for success was everything I needed....Plus studying this Nutrition Cert has really made me realize that 90% of EVERYONE needs help in this area. Just fyi, we aren't alone in this struggle people!!!!
