How Many "Almosts"

How many "almosts" are you gonna live through this life? And is it because you fear what others will think of you if you decide to TRY? Because if your tribe is gonna be that judgey, then maybe that's not your tribe... & deep down, I think you know that too.

I think most of us at one point are in that "ALMOST" phase of life...which is fine to be in..but NOT to stay in.

I know I went back and forth with this business for nearly 2 years & it's never about it being "a perfect fit" for yourself...instead it's about learning to let go of the need to be perfect or for it to "feel right" and be at the "right time".

Because trust me, there will always appear to be greener grass somewere else, until you FINALLY realize YOU are enough to grow and YES, you WILL grow if you DECIDE to live outside the safety of "ALMOST."

Always rooting for you. It's time for you to root for you too.

Restaurant x2

What's better than eating at one restaurant for dinner?! Eating at 2 restaurants! Seriously, all -inclusives do it right!!!!! I was pretty hungry... danced all day at the pool and came in 2nd at the belly flop competition and had to land on a balloon to pop it all in all, it was a perfect day. Can't wait to see the rest of our group come in tomorrow

Work Attire

some people are motivated to work hard with makeup on and dressed up. I'm not some of those people. Gimme a clean face, robe and superfoods shake and I'm ready to crush my work from home job what about you!? What is your ideal "work attire"?!

One Week Til Mexico!

Celebrate Everything

For 3 years, I didn't even finish one of our programs, but I still signed up to TRY. And why did I do this?!

Because I didn't focus on the fails, I focused on the SMALL wins.

So why do some people quit and some people don't? It's because they don't celebrate the SMALL wins.

When I chat with people, I'm trying to help them recognize these small wins RIGHT away because if they don't see them, they will most likely quit before they even start.

Here are the wins that you most likely have done that you didn't even give yourself credit for.

You read a message I sent you about checking out my next challenge...and you didn't block me. (Thanks, btw)

Maybe you even decided to write back and do something outside your comfort zone by responding.

You have filled out my google form or asked me for info on one of my groups.

And maybe you DID sign up and allowed yourself to invest in YOU.

All these steps show the signs of someone who NEEDS to be celebrated for that effort. Notice how I didn't even say that you did ONE workout, or you ate ONE healthy meal or you shared a post about a fitness business you started....Nahhhhh.

You did the hardest thing. You ALLOWED yourself to believe in yourself enough to take your FIRST small step towards it.

Don't just celebrate hitting the goal today, friend. Celebrate the fact that you are HERE and dreaming about what your life could FEEL like when you take it ONE STEP AT A TIME.

Nearing Nine Years

Next month marks 9 years as a Coach & I'd like you to know, I'm here for the longterm.

I used to think I wanted quick fixes when it came to getting results, but thats not what LONTERM means.

My LONGTERM clients and fellow team mates have learned that we don't feel the need to diet or cut out food or overtrain to cancel out what we eat - ANYMORE.

A lot of us have come from backgrounds with sugar addiction, binge eating, and starving ourselves to get to a number on the scale that we deem as "worthy."

I'm not saying what we do is perfect for you, but I am asking you to TRY.

Be open-minded to change not just your habits but first your mindset around why you feel a certain way around food.

Whether it's guilt or shame it probably stems from not feeling "good enough" in an area of your life and instead of looking inward you fill that emptiness with food, or you try to take so much control that you think you have it, when in fact, food is in control of you.

I know because I have been there. And it sucks being there.

And no, this ALL IN OR NOTHING mentality DOES NOT have to be the answer.

It starts with ONE habit at a time.

In April, I will be focusing more on this mindful eating and helping people incoporate ONE habit that helped change my life and so many others lives too.

And yes, of course, I want you to join this next group.

I only share what helped me, because maybe it could help you too.

I’m wanting to give more value by helping people with nutrition and giving them tools and resources that they could ACTUALLY use & I would like to get really clear on what that could look like for future groups that I run.
