Decisions and Values
We are only TRULY happy when the decisions and actions we take are in alignment with our VALUES. And happiness is NOT found in the "right now"...but in the "RIGHT."
I had to really dig deep on those statements above bc I find myself often thinking and getting excited about the "right now" goals....& I start to focus less on the "RIGHT" things.
If you are like me then sometimes we struggle with this because our joy can be about the IDEA of something, executing it, and when the expectations don't meet the idea in our head I find myself asking...
So were my expecting too high? Did I not work hard enough? What did I do WRONG?
ALL ARE THE WRONG QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF.
Instead ask....
What are the VALUES behind your actions? And were your actions in alignment with them? Were you being authentic to YOU? Did you still learn something of value from this?
THOSE ARE THE RIGHT QUESTIONS.
Sometimes outcomes don't fit, but when you look DEEPER you find you are living RIGHT and that has deeper fulfillment than you ever thought possible.
So ask yourself. What are YOUR values. Most likely they are the same as most.
YOU VALUE FAMILY & CLOSE FRIENDS.
YOU VALUE LOVE.
YOU VALUE HAPPINESS.
Live a life that stays true to those values and you are on the RIGHT path.
Value family by loving them unconditionally. Don't just say it, SHOW IT. Without expectations either. And if you find yourself needing help...Ask for help!!!! Stop making assumptions. Living in your value means not assuming people can read your your mind.
Value LOVE by accepting love and giving it. This means taking time for YOU too
Value happiness by living in gratitude and finding the beauty in life. Struggle seeing that positive? Then you MUST start saying NO to things or people that don't serve you. That way you can YES to those that do.
Just some thoughts & my takeaways I wanted to share today from Sundays book club. Hope this inspires you in some way today. Love ya friend

Just FYI, the ONLY reason I'm here with confidence and no fear NOW is because I KEPT failing. I KEPT showing up. I KEPT learning to forgive & trust myself. I learned to to let go of my ego bc that mean girl did NOT have my best interest.
Life is short, learn to love who you are NOW. Bc YES that part of you that DOES love you WILL take action.
Listen to that person MORE OFTEN. YOU GOT THIS BABE!!!!!

Womens' Day Selfie
For this women's day, I wanted to share a selfie. No filter. No make up. Sweaty hair bc I just finished my workout. I never would have shared ME years ago without having a ton of makeup on. I have these programs and supplements to thank and yup, if it took me investing in my health to have this confidence then YES.... I WISH I would have done this sooner.....heck I wished I would have BELIEVED I was worthy enough to stay committed to this too!!!!!
And YES......I WILL invite YOU unapologetically to join my Virtual Health Clubs.... Because YES, I believe we ALL deserve to have the support of others & FEEL this good in our OWN bodies.

I Get To
Happy Friday guys!!!! Friday is somehow a busier day than normal but I ALWAYS look forward to it.
Finding joy in the work we do is what makes life feel more fulfilled. Hope you create that joy today too.
Remember replacing the words "I HAVE TO..." with instead "I GET TO" is sometimes all the perspective we need.
I get to push my body for 30 minutes from a program that make's me feel so strong....
I get to rock out to Ariana Grande music on Alexa...
I get to do 100 push ups for my #rockthe100 Live in my free group...
I get to drink superfoods shake...
I get to Film some choreo for my classes...
And I get to head out for a hockey game and eat all the food.
What is at least ONE "I get to"...that you want to celebrate today?!?!
Seven Years Strong
I know I don't talk enough about this...and NO, not just 3 years...next month marks 7 years strong drinking my superfoods shake most days of the week!!!! If you aren’t drinking this superfoods shake then PLEASE look up the benefits of any of these ingredients!!!!!
Ashwgandha, Billberry, Sacha inchi, moringa, goji berries, flax, yacon root, maca, maitake reishi, camu camu....and that's just a few.
Still not convinced!!? Start watching the show DOWN TO EARTH WITH ZAC EFFRON AND DARIN OLEIN. (DARIN IS THE CREATOR OF THIS SHAKE!!!!)

Rest Day
Slept in, didn't do a power hour/work sesh on zoom, didn't do a workout & I officially have declared the hump day is now my #weekendwednesday
No, I'm not currently at the beach, but this break is giving me vacay vibes. And thank goodness. I don't work this hard to KEEP working this hard, know what I'm saying?!
When people say you have to grind all day errday, sadly they think it's at the expense of core values. It's not.
When you work. WORK.
When you rest. REST.
Sounds simple but there's so much distraction in the world and you feel pulled in 10,000 directions bc you are....until you say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
If you are a rebel like me sometimes you want to break even your own rules and go against that, and say ...
"I CAN DO IT ALL."
"I CAN MULTI TASK.
I CAN KEEP UP WITH THIS PERSONS HIGHLIGHT REEL."
Etc.....
That is FALSE
Listen, you MUST be aware of what's important to you.
I became an Online Coach because I NEEDED this type of freedom to take care of ME & to help others have the tools take care of themselves too.
The journey and the exact MOMENT we are in is to be LIVED and APPRECIATED.
Happiness & fulfillment are NOT in the future. It is NOW. And when we see and appreciate that then our attitude changes. Our priorities also change and we stop the negative behaviors to create time for the positive ones.
I'll be in the NOW and have this REST time & I feel peace about it.
Out, and see ya tomorrow I hope you find the time to unplug too. Your mental health needs it too.

How I Treated Myself Before
How I treated myself when I didn't love myself...
Accepted being treated wrong.
Stayed silent when I should have spoke.
Used food to under & over eat in a vicious binge cycle that lasted over a decade.
Used exercise as punishment.
Hung around the wrong people because I wanted so desperately to "fit in".
Stayed in Jobs hoping I would be appreciated and paid for my hard work.
Blamed others for me feeling "stuck".
Didn’t want to fail in front of others so I hid from opportunities saying the timing wasn't right."
How I treat myself now.
Facing my fears and doubts everyday and being so freaking grateful that my life has taken a complete 180*.
I don't say this to brag. I say this to show you there's a better way. Confidence, love & success leaves clues. Search them out. Learn from others doing exactly what you want to do....
& if you're "stuck" I'm here to help. You know that, right?! I don't and WON'T judge you for having an off day, week, month.....or years bc YES I HAVE HAD THOSE TIMES TOO.
You are NOT alone. I see you. I love you. & I want to do this journey WITH YOU...bc sometimes you need a person to remind you of how awesomely incredible and CAPABLE you are. #sweatlifewithsarah #sweatwithsarah

For me, this goes WAY above anyone around me, but instead I'm saying it to the disrespectful mean girl in my head that rears her ugly voice with words of doubt, envy and blame.
I felt her yesterday so instead of going on social media to let her control my thoughts I UNPLUGGED & instead tuned in to WHY. And I sought out kindness and loving words & affirmations from those I look up to.
Ya see, something I realize, no one has it all figured out. NO ONE. We ALL have our doubts & insecurities. I won't Put others on a pedestal where I think "I'll never be like them" instead I CAN and CHOOSE to learn from them & love them & myself.......which my inner mean girl HATES. But she ain't winning this game. My life boo. Not yours.
Also, I wish I could find that necklace I was wearing here...I think I dropped it in a toilet
