How I Treated Myself Before

How I treated myself when I didn't love myself...

Accepted being treated wrong.

Stayed silent when I should have spoke.

Used food to under & over eat in a vicious binge cycle that lasted over a decade.

Used exercise as punishment.

Hung around the wrong people because I wanted so desperately to "fit in".

Stayed in Jobs hoping I would be appreciated and paid for my hard work.

Blamed others for me feeling "stuck".

Didn’t want to fail in front of others so I hid from opportunities saying the timing wasn't right."

How I treat myself now.
Facing my fears and doubts everyday and being so freaking grateful that my life has taken a complete 180*.

I don't say this to brag. I say this to show you there's a better way. Confidence, love & success leaves clues. Search them out. Learn from others doing exactly what you want to do....

& if you're "stuck" I'm here to help. You know that, right?! I don't and WON'T judge you for having an off day, week, month.....or years bc YES I HAVE HAD THOSE TIMES TOO.
