Say It
If you have nothing NICE to say...say nothing...but if you have something NICE AND GOOD AND POSITIVE to say that WILL help encourage others then it is our DUTY to say it.
Ya know the other day I saw someone who is such a positive and inspiring individual(although they RARELY post) ... say that they were leaving social media bc of all that's been going on...and it got me MAD....WHY, you ask!?!?
Because we as people can either ACCEPT the world as it is and Complain, Judge and hate and leave, run away, ignore it...do all the things that we SHOULDN'T DO.... OR we choose the opposite...we stand UP for those hurting. We CHOOSE to show up on social media sharing AND caring for others.
And that's EXACTLY what we SHOULD be doing. We use our voices on social media to give hope and show there IS good left in the world!!!!!
If YOU are tired of seeing the negative then post something POSITIVE...We need to show we are NOT alone in this world. We need to connect now more then EVER!
And if you need some POSITIVITY in your news feeds then follow these fellow Coaches. Evedyday they inspire ME to keep showing up and sharing and caring for others. Love you ladies. Thanks for being the light in a sometimes dark world.
Claim & Believe
We get to where we are TODAY, by the choices we made YESTERDAY. We get to where we want to go TOMORROW by the choices we make TODAY.
When I was working for multiple gyms and barely making enough money to live off of I KNEW something had to change. I knew if I wanted a different life then I HAD to be the one who changed. I didn't have to wish or hope that someone would see my value....I had to CLAIM IT for myself & I had to believe it for myself.
So I jumped into this Online Coaching SKRRD TO DEATH and that's the FIRST lesson that I was taught.
For reals.... I didn't BELIEVE I was worthy for more, but over time that belief grew and that confidence grew. I went from Panic attacks on a call of 10 people to now smiling and feeling energized in front of fb group of over 138,000.
I started with one...and now my email list and customers have grown to over 5,000.
I went from working paycheck to paycheck to retiring my husband...who now builds this business WITH ME.
I went from overtraining, overworked, underpaid & binge emotional eating to help me "cope" ....to where I am now...healthy & happy in every one of those areas.
I don't say ANY of that to brag, instead I use my story to show you YES, THERE'S PROOF THIS WORKS!!!
I FEEL FOR YOU FELLOW FIT-PRENEUR.... I don't want you to waste another day, hour, minute or second doing what you know won't bring you what you want in life.

Motivated by Fear
If you don't agree with what I have to say then please private message me rather than commenting. I'm not trying to start a war.. These are just my beliefs & I'm sharing what has helped ME.
What's your purpose & are you living in alignment with it? If so then you are living in the NOW and you see fulfillment & opportunity is everywhere.. and if not then you are living in the past or future and FEAR is your driver for INACTION (or NEGATIVE action ) & Negative self limiting beliefs.
Before I became a Coach I was always living in fear...
Fear of failure...especially in front of others. I also lived in constant comparison mode as well as trying to please everyone and "fix" everything. No doubt that comes from a childhood of fighting parents and scare tactics to "keep us safe" .
I was so unsure of myself for YEARS until I started to uncover WHY I reacted to things the way I did. We all have very animalistic self preservation acts that usually keep us stagnant and afraid rather than safe....and the example last night reminded me of this....
Last night I watched video footage of the capitol building and it made me so sick to my stomach. Fear started to take over... As tears ran down my face I had to remind myself that I was going to be OK. We WILL overcome this. We don't need guns and violence to "protect ourselves " Even though I grew up being taught that I see the other side and it saddens me greatly.
Violence is NEVER the answer & we SHOULD see right from wrong. There are Acts of Love and there are Acts of hate and we should know the difference. Fear is the driver for acts of Hate and that's what I saw last night.
Anyway.. I didn't know where this post was going but as I react to the negative around me I'm reminded that I can respond with Fear and hate or ...not.
I choose instead to live in alignment with my purpose and do my best at learning and growing and choosing love over hate. It's a much more fulfilled life that I'm living in NOW than when I was a child and there's no way I will ever go back to being driven by fear. I hope and pray that the fear driven find the peace they are searching for...rather I hope they CREATE that peace before it's too late for them.
Choose love. Not hate. Yes, it's a choice. Own it.
Bring It, Monday
Ok Monday, let's Bring it.. say it with me....
"I am the exception. My adversities are my advantage & my past struggles are my strength because I understand that the harder the lesson... the more I learn from it."
Step 1..... Make a list of what YOU want for YOUR life. Its not selfish to want a better life...because when you are happier and more fulfilled then you create a domino effect and the same goes for the opposite. So choose wisely
Step 2.....OWN what you CAN control. Your health (especially mental health) takes time. Be patient with yourself. Forgive your past so you CAN move forward.
Step 3... Find a system that works. For me what wasn't working was the people pleasing and validation from others. Instead it took me joining a group of people that wanted MORE our of life. I had to stop sitting down with complainers and self proclaimed victims who could change their situation, but didn't. When you want more for others but they don't want that for themselves or for you then you MUST step back and spend more time with those who DO. It's hard at first but eventually becomes a very fulfilling and happy life.

Linking arms is NOT just about joining a group...it's a friendship and like fellow Coach @genalinshea reminded me today...our team is the positive support we all needed in our own lives. I Am Adaptive
" I Am Adaptive" I look at obstacles as opportunities and I don't try to control everything in my day, but instead I create a place for growth & acceptance.
Ya know I used to knock on all those self help, affirmations and meditations all the time. Then I tried doing them. At first I laughed and truly thought it was ALL FAKE but I was SEARCHING for it and TRYING to FIND the fulfillment...Then I realized I had to CREATE IT.
It takes DAILY practice to ever feel like you made progress. Trust the process. Do the work and you WILL be rewarded. Be humble and be a beginner. EVERYDAY.
Btw, just curious. Do you practice mediations and affirmations too? If so, what was your word for the day?! Was it something you needed to hear too!?
Healthy Food
Ya know I keep seeing this ad for healthy pet food ...probably bc I use #furmomma in my posts do you get a few too?! Well one of them got me clicking on it....
The Vet goes on to talk about how most pet food has very little nutritional value and instead of coming up with his own food he formulated a powder you can still give your animals to ensure they are getting the right nutrients...he lists a number of SUPERFOODS, adaptogens and pre & probiotocs. I recognized nearly ALL OF THEM bc YES that's what's in THIS SHAKE I DRINK EVERYDAY.
Well, now Batman drinks it too...bc yea, in this house our health is important to us. (Eddie loves his Vanilla blend too) I love this shake and I'm going on year 7 of drinking "the Kool aid" And I'm gonna KEEP on drinking it!!! For less than $4 for this meal I DO stand behind it

Diving Deep
Diving deep into my Personal Development this month and I want to share with you what I'm uncovering because maybe we are similar and maybe we can also learn from each other.
What's my greatest fear?!
Not being successful and not being able to help others have success.
How is fear stopping me?
My desire for control is what's holding me back....possibly my rebel..."do it myself" nature.
In what ways am I letting fear take over this control?
Avoiding the HARD work.
Using humor to hide my pain.
Doing busy work when I should provide room for growth for myself and others.
Blaming myself and blaming others.
What is my out of control responses?
Avoidance. Anger. Self Pity. Blame.
What should be my fear LESS response?
Showing up with love to myself and others.
How do I accomplish this?
By recognizing my fear and CHOOSING the RIGHT action.
Asking for help.
Be the student more than I am the teacher.
Celebrate what I and others have already accomplished.
Ya, know.....for me the physical fitness is something I tend to dive into because for a LONG time I used overtraining as a way to cope with my emotional pain. I also struggled with being accepted and loved so for me I used food as a control....but in actuality it controlled me. My emotional eating and bingeing was at an all time high while relationships in my life were very toxic. I can see how the fear also responded with panic attacks and skin rashes and depression. Fear starts IN the body and while it hurts to uncover it, it actually will lead you to the REAL truth you MUST face.
My avoidance and INACTION kept me stuck & getting to the other side of this takes guts guys and while my past struggles are nearly gone the FEAR and the negative reactions are still present but I know the work that needs to be done is ALWAYS worth it.
So I invite you to copy my questions. Write down your OWN answers and look for the pain...don't suppress it. The ONLY way past is THROUGH. Trust me. If we are gonna make 2021 amazing then we gotta do Mindset work too #wegotthis #fearless #takecontrolin2021

Fatter
Have you ever been called fat!?!?! Me too. 10 minutes ago.... in response to my transformation pic I shared earlier. I think its important that you all know that what others think of you DOES NOT MATTER. As I said in my list of things I've GAINED through this challenge ....#2 reminded me of just that....
