Bring It, Monday
Ok Monday, let's Bring it.. say it with me....
"I am the exception. My adversities are my advantage & my past struggles are my strength because I understand that the harder the lesson... the more I learn from it."
Step 1..... Make a list of what YOU want for YOUR life. Its not selfish to want a better life...because when you are happier and more fulfilled then you create a domino effect and the same goes for the opposite. So choose wisely
Step 2.....OWN what you CAN control. Your health (especially mental health) takes time. Be patient with yourself. Forgive your past so you CAN move forward.
Step 3... Find a system that works. For me what wasn't working was the people pleasing and validation from others. Instead it took me joining a group of people that wanted MORE our of life. I had to stop sitting down with complainers and self proclaimed victims who could change their situation, but didn't. When you want more for others but they don't want that for themselves or for you then you MUST step back and spend more time with those who DO. It's hard at first but eventually becomes a very fulfilling and happy life.
