πI want to say thanks to each & everyone of you.π While there are millions of people scrolling social media there is LESS THAN 2% actually engaging, "liking"and supporting one another.
As I became an Online Entrepreneur I started to get really down on that number, but I decided I was going to be that 2% and SUPPORT the people in my newsfeeds. (I'm calling myself out here too, if I wanted to see more positive in the world, I had to start with myself)

I Don't Diet
I get a lot of messages asking me about my diet so I thought I would share again! And yes, I practice Intermittent Fasting and have been for the last 25+ years π€£ππΌ
Honestly though, when I would eat food before noon I would feel sick the rest of the day, so I started my first meal at lunch at a pretty young age. So my daily eating habits look something like this..........
β‘οΈWake at 930am, drink water
β‘οΈ10am coffee with 1/2 and 1/2
(12pm workout)
β‘οΈ130pm first real meal is my Superfoods shake with 2 cups frozen fruit, 2 cups frozen spinach and water
β‘οΈ5pm ish...bagel with cream cheese and an afternoon coffee
β‘οΈ7 or 8ishpm hello fresh meal (like the one you see above) & a white claw ππ½ββοΈ
β‘οΈ10ishpm boom chica popcorn and 4 dove chocolates
I aim for about 100 oz of water through out the day and my calories range from 1800-2200 cals. Depends on the day and how hard my workouts are.
Guys, I'm NOT a nutritionist or dietitian I just find what works for me. And no, I don't "diet" I just don't buy foods that I would binge on...like Doritos and ice cream. I know some people can practice self control but I'm not one of them, or at least I have NOT tried hard enoughπ€£

Thank YOU workout buddiezzzzzzz!!!!!! ππππWeek #2 here we go!!!!! Wanna know why I show up!?!?! For the YOU GUYS. If I was doing this for JUST myself, I don't think I would have ever confronted my emotional/binge eating..... Or my over training. I would have either been balls to the walls and continued to sprain my ankles, get more muscular strains and joint pain and binge everything in sight.......OR throw in the towel all together. And NOT be working out bc I'm no longer at the gym..... But I'M NOT doing that.....
I'm eating 80% clean and drinking my superfoods for lunch err'day and doing my 35 minute Virtual Health Club workouts because I'm NOT the unhealthy person I used to be. I found balance and it's because of the support I have. So shout out to my Virtual Health Club peeps. Ya know who you are. Thank YOU for leading by example and being a LEADER OF YOUR HEATH side by side with me!!!!

I posted this a year ago....thought I would share again because I always get nostalgic on this anniversary..... π
Ya know one of those BIG decisions that changes the path of your life forever!?!? April 18 2014 I became a Beachbody Coach.
It was after a long day of rehearsing Insanity Max30. There was so much energy in the room & the hardest workout I've ever done so all of us were rooting each other on just to keep going. After we stretched Shaun asked us to circle up shoulder to shoulder and gave us a pep talk, ya know, like in true Shaun T fashion. Drenched and fatigued we listened.
Shaun told us this was SO MUCH MORE than just a workout. This program was going to change thousands of lives. This program was going to give hope to someone. This program was going to be someone's LAST effort at getting healthier. This program is going to help someone see their self worth and gain the confidence to leave an abusive relationship. This program was going to help someone over come depression and connect them with people that care.

With tears in EVERYONEβS eyes we hugged and I realized in that moment that I wanted to be that person to help someone. I wanted to create a community of people who saw their value and embraced and loved who they are NOW. I wanted to become a Beachbody Coach. This company, its Coaches and its programs are exactly what I was looking for and I π―% believe that Beachbody has SOMETHING for EVERYONE. It's not just workouts, meal plans and supplements, it's a REAL movement that teaches people HOW and WHY we need to take our health seriously. What we offer is not a quick fix. Trust me, it takes work. But true success takes work, and because of the effort, you are BEYOND PROUD of yourself for what you decided and committed to. I know I am!!!!!
