I Don't Diet

I get a lot of messages asking me about my diet so I thought I would share again! And yes, I practice Intermittent Fasting and have been for the last 25+ years 🤣👌🏼

Honestly though, when I would eat food before noon I would feel sick the rest of the day, so I started my first meal at lunch at a pretty young age. So my daily eating habits look something like this..........

➡️Wake at 930am, drink water
➡️10am coffee with 1/2 and 1/2
(12pm workout)
➡️130pm first real meal is my Superfoods shake with 2 cups frozen fruit, 2 cups frozen spinach and water
➡️5pm ish...bagel with cream cheese and an afternoon coffee
➡️7 or 8ishpm hello fresh meal (like the one you see above) & a white claw 💁🏽‍♀️
➡️10ishpm boom chica popcorn and 4 dove chocolates

I aim for about 100 oz of water through out the day and my calories range from 1800-2200 cals. Depends on the day and how hard my workouts are.

Guys, I'm NOT a nutritionist or dietitian I just find what works for me. And no, I don't "diet" I just don't buy foods that I would binge on...like Doritos and ice cream. I know some people can practice self control but I'm not one of them, or at least I have NOT tried hard enough🤣

Anyhoo, I encourage you to find something you CAN stick to and for me that's my superfoods smoothie and hello fresh. 👌🏼 #superfoodsforthewin #hellofresh
