Its also the first time I washed my hair in a week!!! I'm trying to go about 4-5 days...oh and I wanted to take a ridic shake check in pic for my group...couldn't decide on one of em, so here's all of them 🤣😛

Apart from being able to make this a career that would provide a FT income for my family, I'm reminded to look back at myself in 2014 and ask Sarah then,

I'm glad I said YES, but at the time I had my doubts and waited almost 2 years to actually begin.

Why?

Because I was afraid I wasn't the type of person who WOULD show up to this. I thought it was confidence that I needed BEFORE I started, but it only comes AFTER you take the action. That's a lesson I CONTINUE to learn, and when it's a challenge, I now run toward it rather than away from it.

Confidence is a willingness to TRY, and all I ask is, What are you going to say 10 years from now???"

"I wished I would have" or "I'm glad I tried"?

You know how I love my daily superfoods shake....

Well, Yesterday I DIDN’T have it bc I filled up on salad and 4 slices of pizza and was too full

hey, its a HUGE win for me when the next day I don't STARVE myself to make up for the "bad" food I had..when you know better, you do better!

Btw, food is NOT BAD!!! It all has different energy and a calorie isn't JUST a calorie. I woke up today, NOT feeling food shame and that feels GOOD.

I eat 80% clean healthy energy and 20% whatever I want(and yes, that's pizza sometimes)!!! Thats my kinda balance!!!!

I hope you all get to a place where you don't have a toxic relationship with food too.

And if you need help, I know a GREAT R.D. to help

Vet Day

Im currently holding Batman bc the shot he got is making him groggy and shaky But I'm so grateful that Eddie took on the role of taking the pets for thier yearly shot.

I'm a mess going to ANY Dr...so I know the pets would feel that anxiety, so I'm so grateful Eddie takes them.

Don't get me wrong I will be there at the end with them, but with the shots, Eddie's the fur parent go to...and I'm beyond thankful Also I don't think our pets shed enough
