You know how I love my daily superfoods shake....

Well, Yesterday I DIDN’T have it bc I filled up on salad and 4 slices of pizza and was too full

hey, its a HUGE win for me when the next day I don't STARVE myself to make up for the "bad" food I had..when you know better, you do better!

Btw, food is NOT BAD!!! It all has different energy and a calorie isn't JUST a calorie. I woke up today, NOT feeling food shame and that feels GOOD.

I eat 80% clean healthy energy and 20% whatever I want(and yes, that's pizza sometimes)!!! Thats my kinda balance!!!!

I hope you all get to a place where you don't have a toxic relationship with food too.
