THE TARGET IS NEVER THE WRONG ANSWER.....

I Started a new audiobook on Saturday & something REALLY stood out to me that I think might help you too.

So here's the question for ya...

Would you rather fall short on your lesser goal or your bigger goal? ( and really by falling short on the HUGE goal you end up squashing that small goal!)

Umm that sounds like a no brainer right!? But what I've seen TIME AND TIME AGAIN( with myself & fellow Coaches & Clients). When we don't hit a goal, what happens?! We are bummed...judge ourselves TOO harshly.. and think we need to set a MORE attainable goal for next month.

Guys. THATS SO WRONG. Here's why

When we CONTINUE to beat ourselves us, play the victim card and undermine our capabilities then guess who shows up to do the work?!? That WEAKER version of ourselves!!!!!

Its time to STOP THIS MINDSET. RIGHT HERE. RIGHT NOW.

If for one second today you think you need to make your goals(and yourself) smaller to feel MORE COMFORT then STOP. Here's what you do instead...

If you want 10x the results, you have to do 10x the effort, and UNDERSTAND its going to take you 10x longer IF ONLY you stay the course and NOT CHANGE YOUR TARGET.

Again that Target or scary goal doesn't change, YOU DO.

So Keep that dream going!!! And remember that when you set BIG GOALS, the BIGGER, STRONGER MORE RESILIENT "YOU" SHOWS UP!!!

So WHO is showing up today in YOUR LIFE? strong you or weak you?

Happy Day 1

Happy day 1!!!!
In our Coach Challenge, today we are sharing our April Goals...so here we go!!!

(((Btw, I've found that the more I SHARE the more I SHOW UP...and guys it is so so true. If you tell ONLY yourself your goals then trust me, there will be days you don't want to show up, and you decide that "NAHHHHH, Maybe tomorrow."...Buuuuutt, when you tell others then YES YOU ARE WAY MORE LIKELY TO STICK TO IT! )))

OK OK. just wanted to get that across as to WHY Im showing UP

And goals....
#1 fitness
starting a 30 day strength and 5k program on MONDAY and plan on doing it FULLY this time...and not quitting it like I did in the fall #imhumantoo

#2 nutrition
doing my quarterly 3 day Detox TOMORROW so that's gonna help me feel better I needed a cleanse since the white claws and too much coffee have taken over my life again and my periods have gotten harder and I KNOW it's bc my diet needs a little pick me up.

#3 mindset
Excited to start the audiobook 10x by Grant Cardone with the team on Saturdays and Sundays we are finishing up LIFESCALE and moving onto 4 agreements. Dude PD(personal development) is the answer ALL ppl need . If ya want in my book club just ask! All are welcome

#4 business ( I have a few of them)
With the launch of Shaun Ts newest dance fitness and strength training program my goal is to get 20 people to CRUSH that program with me!

I also want to help 10 new people launch thier Coach Business and run that group WITH ME Bc yes, it's gonna be the HUUUUGGGEEEESSTTT PROGRAM LAUNCH EVERRRRRRRR

#5 money
I don't think I've shared INCOME goals with you guys before but I want to start sharing bc hardwork SHOULD be celebrated....umm ESPECIALLY by women. Can I get an amen!?!?

Ok, big scary financial goal...well this Saturday Eddie and I are talking to this guy, Brice, about a JEEP!!!! We have saved up 18k to put towards it since I told you guys my goal last summer.. so, YES THIS IS HAPPENING. We might be building it, so it might take a month, but SUMMER OF JEEP IS COMING SOON!!

That's it!!!. OK, so What's a goal of yours!?!?!? I'd love to help hold you accountable too!!!!!

Shut Up, Legs

Well today's shirt was apropes YUP legs were complaining today, but which voice is gonna win?! The one that says ..."But I'm busy, and I don't FEEL like it....or the one that says, .. "suck it up and DO IT, bc you are WORTHY TO FREAKIN' TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF! " yea sometimes I need the positive voice to yell at me too. Workout 11/15 done!!!!!!!

Non-Scale Victory!

Yep, I'm in my bathroom, taking selfies Judge if ya want but I've come a LONG way from the days of judging myself & weighing myself MULTIPLE times a day then starving myself to get to a certain number. Bye bye scale! I threw it away 11 years ago and I've fallen in love with what my body can do. #nsv

And yup, that added muscle mass makes me feel strong and yup, now I don't mind how I look in them jeans...as long as they stretchy what's a NON SCALE VICTORY you celebrating lately!?!?!?

Oh, and in case you ask. I buy MOST of my "regular looking clothes" at goodwill or Salvation army. 4/5 jeans I own come from there hey I love a good deal

Cauliflower Was a Mistake

Just fyi...that's not my bottom lip I swear it's my tongue.Anyhoooooo. Not gonna lie. Today's lunchtime shake, SUCKED.

You aren't gonna see many people that rave about whey are "selling" actually tell you the "bad" parts....

Well that's not me. I'm gonna be honest. ALWAYS with you guys.

So today I added in frozen cauliflower...WHY!? bc I see people recipes for "hiding more veggies" in your diet and I thought I'd give it a go....Y'ALL ITS A NO GO at least for me.

And tbh with ya, when I FIRST started drinking this superfoods mix I didn't really like it. I needed to find the right combo for me
((( which is usually the vegan tropical strawberry with frozen fruit and a healthy fat...BELENDED WELL...)))...

....but today I tried something new and wanted to share bc YES THIS SHAKE IS AMAZING AND YES THERE IS A RIGHT WAY AND WRONG WAY TO MAKE IT.

So just be sure you do the same. Find what works for you. Your health is worth it....and maybe stay away from frozen cauliflower

Btw, just curious how do your make superfoods shakes!?!??!

Best Health Mindset

Your BEST health is not attainable until you master your mindset.

When you love yourself, you eat like yourself...& treats aren't done in guilt but in ENJOYMENT. (Before, during and after).

When you love yourself you show up consistently in your workouts...& you also REST as needed.

When you love yourself you put up boundaries and stay away from the drama and the toxic people.

When you love yourself you see the world differently and the impact it has on YOU doesn't matter as much as the impact YOU make for the world.

When you love yourself you look for the abundance rather than the scarcity and you are thankful for EVERY breath you take because you know we are only here for a short while.

I hope your BEST HEALTH happens for you. Not tomorrow, but in THIS MOMENT. Your BEST health can happen IN AN INSTANT by the choices you make RIGHT NOW.

Trying Again

This quitter is TRYING...Again.

Ya know, what I'm "good at" ?! Showing on socials what I'm good at & it’s probably because I wasn't very confident most of my life...so when I talk about my struggles it's HARD. And admitting I QUIT at something has been weighing on me.....

Do y'all remember when I quit that running/strength train program in the fall???

Well I'm admitting I'm NOT good at that program but I'm also telling YOU...I'm trying it.. AGAIN..even if I'm NOT GOOD at this. I'M DOING IT! We ALL start at the beginning and if we ONLY ever attempt what we feel strong in then we NEVER GROW!

Plus the weather is WAYYY better & I'm going to do this 30 day program in 2 weeks April 5th - May 4th. (Before the new Dance Fit program).

Results!

Well, finished another program and decided to use the same outfit ....and Batman joined in tbh, I blame my period for the extra fluff I happened to eat these last 5 days I'm human too....

I find the REAL transformation for me is proving to myself that I CAN stay committed to these programs. Yea, it took me 3 years of Coaching before I could actually do it, but hey, progress is progress, amirite?!?!?

Also, if that one dude calls me "fatter" again for posting my "progress" pics Ima just block you, ok!?!?

And NO, I don't post for compliments only, I post to CELEBRATE EVERY PART OF MY JOURNEY, and yea, if you are gonna be negative about it, just know it's NOT GONNA STOP ME....and, I HOPE it doesn't stop my friends either when they get those people who AREN'T rooting for them.

Keep showing up guys. Sometimes you have great results. Other times not so good. It's OK. I'm gonna be here no matter what, and I got your back too.
