Cauliflower Was a Mistake

Just fyi...that's not my bottom lip I swear it's my tongue.Anyhoooooo. Not gonna lie. Today's lunchtime shake, SUCKED.

You aren't gonna see many people that rave about whey are "selling" actually tell you the "bad" parts....

Well that's not me. I'm gonna be honest. ALWAYS with you guys.

So today I added in frozen cauliflower...WHY!? bc I see people recipes for "hiding more veggies" in your diet and I thought I'd give it a go....Y'ALL ITS A NO GO at least for me.

And tbh with ya, when I FIRST started drinking this superfoods mix I didn't really like it. I needed to find the right combo for me
((( which is usually the vegan tropical strawberry with frozen fruit and a healthy fat...BELENDED WELL...)))...

....but today I tried something new and wanted to share bc YES THIS SHAKE IS AMAZING AND YES THERE IS A RIGHT WAY AND WRONG WAY TO MAKE IT.

So just be sure you do the same. Find what works for you. Your health is worth it....and maybe stay away from frozen cauliflower

Btw, just curious how do your make superfoods shakes!?!??!
