The Target is Never Wrong

THE TARGET IS NEVER THE WRONG ANSWER.....

I Started a new audiobook on Saturday & something REALLY stood out to me that I think might help you too.

So here's the question for ya...

Would you rather fall short on your lesser goal or your bigger goal? ( and really by falling short on the HUGE goal you end up squashing that small goal!)

Umm that sounds like a no brainer right!? But what I've seen TIME AND TIME AGAIN( with myself & fellow Coaches & Clients). When we don't hit a goal, what happens?! We are bummed...judge ourselves TOO harshly.. and think we need to set a MORE attainable goal for next month.

Guys. THATS SO WRONG. Here's why

When we CONTINUE to beat ourselves us, play the victim card and undermine our capabilities then guess who shows up to do the work?!? That WEAKER version of ourselves!!!!!

Its time to STOP THIS MINDSET. RIGHT HERE. RIGHT NOW.

If for one second today you think you need to make your goals(and yourself) smaller to feel MORE COMFORT then STOP. Here's what you do instead...

If you want 10x the results, you have to do 10x the effort, and UNDERSTAND its going to take you 10x longer IF ONLY you stay the course and NOT CHANGE YOUR TARGET.

Again that Target or scary goal doesn't change, YOU DO.

So Keep that dream going!!! And remember that when you set BIG GOALS, the BIGGER, STRONGER MORE RESILIENT "YOU" SHOWS UP!!!

So WHO is showing up today in YOUR LIFE? strong you or weak you?

And the team and I are doing a daily post challenge and that's getting me outside my comfort zone but it helps me to SHOW UP LIKE THE BAD "A'S" We are
