Opposite Life Lessons
Lessons in life are sometimes the OPPOSITE of what you thought you knew.....
Most people assume that it's the "go-getter" "successful", "happy" or "lucky" people that are that way because they have good self esteem and motivation, so that's HOW & WHY they are great at accomplishing goals.
โTHIS IS FALSE.โ
And I KNOW some of you might believe this because I did too. It's the sayings...."I'll be ready when....or if....or later.... that we hide behind in hope that "MOTIVATION, SELF ESTEEM & CONFIDENCE" just come to us in a dream or something ridiculous.......This is FALSE. IT WON'T. BECAUSE YOU DON'T GET TO STEP 10 BEFORE FIRST GOING THROUGH STEPS 1-9.
Hear me out......because you will NOT be at step TEN ready to begin. You will be at step ONE full of fear, doubts and disbelief until you actually DO what you need to do...and when you DO start making things happen something incredible happens you DO create MORE MOTIVATION, CONFIDENCE AND SELF ESTEEM๐๐๐
And that's it!!!! So take the leap...jump before you are ready, do the work and FAIL Forward day after day. And by all means, freaking FORGIVE yourself for making mistakes already!!! I don't use the word "hate" often but I HATE it when people treat themselves like crap!!!!! They are their BIGGEST hater because they let the negative voices win EVERYDAY! Don't let that be you. What the Hair?
I had a friend ask me about a hair "bobble".....At first I was like.....ya mean a bobblehead?!?!๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ But then I realized he meant a hair tie๐๐๐ And no, I don't have any great tips for keeping your hair outta your face when ya sweat..... I just taught my Dance Fitness class and in that hour I had a hat on, then a pony tail, then I said screw it and let my hair down. That's what happens everytime. Because nope, still havent figured it out either ๐ Fellow Instructors what do you prefer?! Hair up, down, braid, bun, shaved, etc!?!?!??! I need tips too apparently ๐๐๐๐ผ
July Goals
JULY IS TOMORROW ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎNew Month, New goals.....I know, it's crazy to think we are about 1/2 way through the year already but I KNOW what helps me stay on track EVERY month is knowing there's a new program I'm committing to. It's like the "newness" of the new year starts over again & that excitement helps me plan out my Goals for the month ๐๐ผ

JULY GOALS...

๐ญ๐ญ๐ญEmotionally ...unplugging & going on a girls trip at the end of the month ๐ and also reading a a new Personal.Development (audio) book! (Btw, any recommendations?!)
๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฒFinancially... being debt free now (except for our mortgage) I'm going to be adding now to a JEEP FUND!!!๐๐ผ & I'd like to continue to help our team of Coaches hit their July financial goals too!!!!!

Find Answers
Complaining = looking for attention, sympathy & pity, not looking for answers.
Asking for help = looking for answers and willing to learn.
Knowing the difference = growth
I can honestly say I felt SO LOST before knowing the difference.
It can be so frustrating at times when you feel stuck but just know your struggles don't have to be your struggles. Own them and FIND answers from those doing it right!
I am still learning from my mentors and it's ONLY because I asked for help. #beabeginner #feelthefearanddoitanyway
The Life
When I see "tired" pics of me (& wearing makeup to hide it)...I realize how far I have come these last 7 years. I am so grateful for not giving up on my hopes and dreams bc lets be real, the life of the Fitness instructor & trainer ain't easy! ( can I get an amen!?)๐
We teach at all hours and give 150% in hopes that our students will push themselves to the 60% mark. (Why do ya think I squat to the floor!?! Know what Im saying?!)๐๐คฆ๐ฝโโ๏ธ .....And when you think about it by the time you break down memorizing routines, comings up with workouts and ALL๐ THE๐ PRACTICING๐ we are wiped out.
Don't get me wrong I LOVE what I used to do Fulltime, but looking back the toll it had on my physical emotional and financial well being SUUCCKKKEED. But I'm here to say, there's a better way๐ (& nah, you don't have to give up classes, I'm doing 3 a week instead of 15+) but hear me out....because this job is also WORK. You need to show up...you need to be a beginner...you need to prove to others that healthy matters and yes... You have to get vulnerable and dig out pics that you thought were hidden in a vault too๐๐๐ผ ...but it's to show OTHERS there's a healthier way too.

Heck yea, it's worth it everytime I get messages from my clients and team saying they are paying off debt and reaching health goals. It was worth it when Eddie got to quit his job bc we made enough $$ from this. It's worth it bc I confronted my emotional/binge eating and over came so many of own struggles bc of Coaching and YESSSSSSSS, it's still worth it and I am gonna do this for freakin everrrrrrrr!!!!
Hear me out fellow fitness instructor.... If you not just want but NEED to find a way to monetize and have residual income without pushing your body (and sleep) to the limits then let's talk. I know your story because it's mine too. And yes. There's a better way for your emotional, physical and financial well being. I'm training new Coaches( in July) to write the next chapter of their life, on THEIR terms. Ya ready? I'll teach how, but ya gotta meet me 1/2 way๐

The Hardest Things Can Be the Best
I was 5 minutes away from canceling today's workout. Then I remembered something.... If I feel like crap and want to feel better then why the heck would I skip something that I KNOW would make me feel better!?!?!
I know we ALL have times of struggle and it's so easy to say, screw it....and sure sometimes self care IS not showing up, but sometimes it's not. Sometimes the hardest thing IS the best thing. And I know I need to be an example of this, because I want YOU to know you are important enough to take care of yourself too.
Thanks for your support and messages friends. It's gonna be a hard week, but knowing I have so many friends that care really mean the world to me. #fucancer

I wish I would have realized this early on because I would have saved a few years of doubts & holding myself back from a dream that was and IS ACTUALLY possible.
Before I became an Online Coach I thought I should research what this "opportunity " was all about....WRONG MOVE. Because the people that quit & talked about it didn't take responsibility for what they didn't do. Its harsh, but it's true. Instead it's SO MUCH easier to point fingers and place blame elsewhere.
So after my own research I thought, nahhhh, I don't need this! "I can just be a trainer and offer my own workouts"...then I realized I couldn't offer meal plans because I'm not a nutritionist....then I also didn't know which company to partner with when it came to supplements. Then I realized I'm only paid IF my clients and students SHOW UP, but if it was online I could help thousands more......So, after years of making $300- $500 a week I realized that the 'idea' of MLM was the only thing holding me back.
So I said screw it and I took the leap and yea, its work and yea, I had setbacks but I always failed FORWARD. I knew I need to SHOW UP for my dreams to become a reality. Month after month my income increased and guys I'm so fricking grateful I said YES to this company!!!!
There is NO OTHER company out there that gives me 25% commission, PLUS team cycle bonuses, PLUS customer leads, PLUS a free trip for 2 to a tropical resort(by helping 3 people per month for a year). This company that ALSO helps people with mindset, emotional eating, over a thousand different workouts (for all types of people), hundreds of recipes and meal plans and an app where our fot fam stays connected. ๐๐ผ๐ฏ

Get a Little Salty
GETTING DIZZY๐WHAT'S HELPED ME๐.....
My first meal is always after my workout and its always my superfoods shake. I've been adding salt to my shakes and it not only tastes amazing but it's helped me with my dizziness.
I'm fine during workouts but I tend to have really low blood pressure when I get up from sitting and I usually get light headed but thankfully I was reading up on it that people with hypotension can just add salt and drink more water and for me its really helped!!! Just thought I'd share in case it might help some of you!!!
