GETTING DIZZY👇WHAT'S HELPED ME👇.....

My first meal is always after my workout and its always my superfoods shake. I've been adding salt to my shakes and it not only tastes amazing but it's helped me with my dizziness.

I'm fine during workouts but I tend to have really low blood pressure when I get up from sitting and I usually get light headed but thankfully I was reading up on it that people with hypotension can just add salt and drink more water and for me its really helped!!! Just thought I'd share in case it might help some of you!!!
