Not on a Diet
No, I'm not on a "diet" . I'm still going to eat my favs and yes that includes pasta or macaroni but here's a fit tip.... π put half your bowl or plate into a container for tomorrow, then top the other half on a full plate of greens (Spring mix, spinach or kale). Seriously you will save hundreds of calories and you will sneak more greens into your diet! And it tastes great. WIN.WIN.WIN. Try it!!!! π

Bad Plant Mom
Yesterday I bought a plant because I feel like I'm at the age where maybe I can be responsible & take care of a plant. Today I had forgot I had bought the plant less than 24 hours ago so I found the bag it was in. It was lying on its side with no water all night and now its crooked. I think you already know I love my job(s). ...
I mean seriously... I get up around 10 ish, I get to chat with my fellow Coaches, check in on my peeps in my accountability groups and later I will workout.....but first, coffee.πβ In my free time I choreograph and set up Zumba & Pound classes to go to different places to teach. I mean seriously...My job is rad. I didn't get here by accident though.
I TOOK RISKS....and I'm here to show you HOW to work SMARTER, NOT HARDER.
Part of my job js teaching others how to do this too. If you LOVE the Healthy lifestyle and like encouraging people then why not run my Groups WITH ME!?!??! I will teach you everything I know!!!!! Life is full of awesome people and the quicker you love who you are and stop trying to change to be "liked more" then it becomes easier for others to like you also.
