I might have been a barely passing highschooler and college drop out but I CONTINUE to learn to be a better friend, wife, Coach & fitness Instructor as OFTEN as I can.....and I'm stubborn...so I got a LOOONNNNGGGG way to go but thats ok because I'm HERE!!!! I SHOW UP!!
I just attended another Corporate Event for my Company and seriously it's ALWAYS worth it to learn to be a Better Coach!!!!! I'm so excited about this year and what's happening. I'm setting a goal of helping 100 people achieve transformations this year. I'm nervous about putting that out there becauae I DO NOT want you to think you are being Sold something. Especially if you don't trust that I can help you. I'm not here to be a Coach to EVERYONE. Let's be real.....not everyone wants MY help. πIm hyper and that can by annoying to some π€ππ & I'm cool with that!!!! No offense taken- seriously!!!

Flexed and Unflexed
Yes, in A LOT of photos, I flex and I smile... at my phone..A LOT. π It's actually kinda ridiculous at times. I'm sure if I had a hidden camera catching me do this it would add up to b enough time to travel the world in a boat. Twice.....But that's not the point.......
Anywayyyyyyyyyzzz I decided to show both these photos because the one one the left is just me standing, no flexing no anything and of course the one on the right is flexed and body is turned to show better "angles". I do this because I'm motivated by women that look like this and pose like this and I think it might motivate someone else to get up and move too. That sounds ridiculous saying it out loud. π I digress. What I want to show you (& myself) is that both these pics means the same thing. It's a girl who is healthy and happy and has a low resting heart rate and can lift pretty dang heavy and can play laser tag till the wee hours and is going to live a long fulfilled healthy & happy life.
Whether you think you have to be ripped or have abs to be healthy is false. Being happy goes hand in hand with healthy. I see beautiful people putting themselves down because they don't look like somone else. Screw that!!!!!!! You shouldn't have to LOOK like anyone else! Be HAPPY with where you are and what you CAN do!!! Of course eating right and exercising are important but thinking you will ONLY be happy when you reach a certain point is sabatoging your efforts. You are worth more than quitting before you start. This can and WILL be an amazing year so start loving your flexed and unflexed body. I"ll be working on it too βΊππ
The Simplest Routine
The simplest routine can make me so happy. πEspecially coffee β I was a barista at my sisters coffee shop and it's where I met my husband Eddie. & now every morning we have our coffee together. It might be routine but I love it every time. This year I'm determined to find the happy moments in the simplest things. So...How Did It Go?
So how did your first day of the first of 2018 go!?!?!?? Not exactly as planned?!?!? So what if everything isn't perfect! It's not supposed to be!!!!! I'm by NO MEANS a perfectionist (ask eddie what our bedroom looks like...it's on my list to do btw...πππ)Anyhoo..... I had a packed full day so I had to push my workout to 11pm. So what!?

Seriously though ... I know for me my life is not about making it perfect. It's about Loving myself and loving others and finding purpose in a job that aligns with just that. Wherever you are and whatever you do try to encourage and uplift someone new each day. Your outlook starts to change when you realize happiness is a choice and how we treat ourselves and others is what REALLY MATTERS. Make an impact in 2018. Make it a GREAT impact. π€π€

Cheers to 2018!!! βI know resolutions are being set and You want BIG GOALS to happen but don't forget about the many small changes needed to reach your goals. I recommend making 2 lists of CHANGES.

Ok..depressed yet!? Lol. Dont be!!!!! Now that you know what you need to SUBTRACT or minimize from your life then you will now have the time to ADD in the POSITIVE Changes!!! Write out a POSITIVE list and be sure to invlude HOW & WHEN you will be comitting to each behavior from your list.

Fear kills dreams, Not failures..
I used to let fear and doubts control the direction of my life. And I tell ya IT SUCKS...
It sucks feeling weighed down. It sucks NOT being able to travel and visit family and friends as much as I wanted. It sucks watching others live a life of freedom and envying their success. It sucks being stressed about finances. I had had ENOUGH and decided to make a CHANGE...
3-1/2 years ago I became an Online Coach and it changed the direction of my life forever. Through this business I now let my dreams and goals take back that control. It wasn't easy taking chances and failing and learning from my failures but it led me to where I am today....sitting on my front porch working a business that I love along with my husband. We have NO debt. We travel 1-2x a month. We sleep in (because SERIOUSLY love my sleep) & We both are pursuing our dreams. I'm so thankful that we don't live our lives on someone else's terms. I'm never letting fear stop me again!
If you relate to this at all ...lets talk. I know you...and I know your doubts because I had them too. Loving Yourself
Loving yourself is important. We all have heard this saying but if you think LOVING yourself is just a FEELING and not an ACT then you might not be doing it right.... Take for example your precious pet. If you love it...like TRULY LOVE IT......do you buy healthy food for it? Do you take it for a walk because you know it's important for them to exercise? Do you speak nicely and lovingly to it? Do you let it get chased down and hurt by the jerk dogs at the park or do you look for nice friendly pups it can hang with? ...
I hope you noticed these are ALL ACTS.
NOW LETS ASK IF YOU TREAT YOURSELF THE SAME.....
Do you buy healthy food for YOU?
Do you exercise because you know its important for YOUR health?
Do you speak positive words to yourself? Or negative ones? Do you hang out with jerks that belittle you or do you hang out with positive people who lift you up?
In what ways can you improve in loving yourself??? You better take ACTION!!!!
Two Voices
If you really want to reach a goal you will FOR SURE have 2 different voices in your head when the going gets tough... And you will either find a REASON to do it or you will find an EXCUSE not to.
So what helps me when I hear that voice?
To me, accountability and sweaty selfies are proof it happened .I'm checking in with you guys and my Virtual Fit Club and its helped me LOTS.
Most of us KNOW we should move more & we should eat right. But if we aren't checking in with a friend (Trainer, Coach Instructor, sister, etc) then its much easier to skip that workout and go out for (not so good) food TOO often.
Who are you checking in with? Reach out to that person because your life can improve and you NEVER have to do it alone!
