ONE YEAR APART Here's what I did...
1. High absorption rate vitamins
2. European Grade hair care
3. hair growth dropper:
1x a week I also do a growth concoction in a dropper....

Castor oil
5 drops cedarwood
5 drops rosemary
2 drops Francinsense
2 drops Melaleuca (tea tree)

I massage my scalp and sleep in it. Shower the next day.

I've always had FINE hair, so going into my 30's I noticed my hair was also THINNING....

Plus with teaching fitness classes I wasn't about to give up pony tails.

Today's Recipe!

Here's my recipe today!!!!
STEAK (from my Holisitc Home Wellness Store)
1 chopped sweet potato
(Cook in wok with evoo, cayenne, red pepper flakes and fresh garlic)

Add in
1/2 can beans
5 cherry tomatoes halved,
cook till they wilt a little.

Top with fresh avocado.

Oh em word. so good!!!!

Those words used to get me so excited because I have SO MUCH hope and faith and think that that person is ready to change their life. So I pour so much belief into them, hoping it's ENOUGH. I give them a STEP BY STEP guide. I check in on them. Hoping they get to the other side of that goal.

Then it doesn't happen.
They quit.
They got bored.
They don't see results soon enough.
Grass is greener over there.
This is isn't for me.

The real truth is....
You think THIS will WORK for YOU.

When in actuality...

YOU must WORK for YOUR OWN DREAM.

and sorry to say, but you won't gain confidence, THEN do the work. You only gain confidence AFTER you do the work(10,000x)

I say 10,000 , because to become a MASTER that takes 10,000 hours.

Did you devote 10,000 hours? No?

Well that's on you. That's not on me ANYMORE.
Im in the business of getting people results, but ONLY if they are willing to put in 10,000 hours.

And that's 10,000 MESSY hours. That's NOT perfect hours wearing a bra and pencil skirt looking cute in front a camera at all time kinda hours.

Its showing up. Looking like a hot mess but dreaming so big that you don't care what others think of you kinda messy.

To me that's REAL FREEDOM.

Not giving a poop about what others think of you and FINALLY living the life YOU desire for YOURSELF.

That's the kinda messy it's gonna take. You in?

How do you motivate a team?

Yesterday, a fellow Wellness Business builder asked me, ...."How do you motivate a team of people towards their health and wealth goals without getting burned out?"

Simple answer is....

I don't.

Yes, I give them the tools that I KNOW work, but it's up to them to DO IT.

I will never take credit for someone's failure or success.

I will try my best at LEADING BY EXAMPLE, but it's up to THEM to show up for the life they WANT to live.

It's hard work trying to get someone to DO something. It's EASIER work when YOU focus on YOURSELF.

Be the person YOU would want to work for.
Be the person YOU would want to marry.
Be the person YOU would want in your corner.
Be the person that DESERVES a 10k month.
Be the person that DESERVES a healthy body.

With so much out of our own control, when you start to focus on the few RIGHT things, then amazing can and does happen. And that's God Willing bc every day I see GOOD people hurting, even when they do EVERYTHING RIGHT.

If you ARE capable of more, then why would you NOT SHOW UP FOR THAT!?!?!?! Im not saying ALL THE TIME. Heck, I just danced and took the last 90 min off work.

All I'm saying is, there's someone out there RIGHT NOW with less talent, friends, money and health who's GIVING IT THEIR ALL and you aren't, and most likely you have more privilege too.

Hurt a little bit? Good. When you start to APPRECIATE what you have and STOP TAKING FOR GRANTED THIS GIFT CALLED LIFE, then you get out of your own way, shut up your ego down, and FINALLY LIVE.

You don't know what YOU HAVE right now, until you stop, say THANK YOU, and then GET TO WORK on appreciating life.

BEYOND Ridiculous

Just checked into my 80/20 Group and thought I would share here too!!! Here's my Lunch and recipe!

It's always 2 veggies and protien! Keep it simple!

I made this for me and Eddie....

1 Onion
1 large jalapeño
Garlic clove
(Cook 4 min.)
Ad 1 chopped Brat
Cook 4 more minutes
Add 4 eggs
(Scramble and cook another 4 minutes)
Top with mozzarella shredded cheese
Top with sirracha

Don't forget your high absorption rate vitamins and water with electrolytes!!!!

So freaking tasty!!!!
