Today's Recipe!

Here's my recipe today!!!!
STEAK (from my Holisitc Home Wellness Store)
1 chopped sweet potato
(Cook in wok with evoo, cayenne, red pepper flakes and fresh garlic)

Add in
1/2 can beans
5 cherry tomatoes halved,
cook till they wilt a little.

Top with fresh avocado.

Oh em word. so good!!!!
