Well its almost #throwbackthursday to the year my family moved to Arkansas bc of Y2k! 24 years ago!
Yuppers, we were one of THOSE families. Lol. We had barrels of dried milk, chickens and horses, and enough guns to defend ourselves against the enemy (still not sure which enemy was coming for us.lol)
It's funny how life turns out. That was a rough and somewhat lonely year at 15 with having younger brothers that only wanted to play Sims or whatever they were into at 10 and 11.
I was the only one NOT online at the time. So for me, I turned my attention to TAE BO. I would do the same 4 workouts for hours everyday. It kinda became an obsession. But at that time, it saved me.
There were definitely some happy parts, too, though.
Had the BEST "giggin" experience.
Learned how to latch hook, (my nephew Dylan still better have that football rug me and my brothers made for him 25 years ago)
And on Christmas day, the dog we adopted from our neighbor, gave birth to puppies! True story, they smelled JUST LIKE HOT DOGS. so weird.
I had a childhood I wouldnt change at all because it made me who I am today and I'm so grateful for it ALL.
Now that you know a somewhat peculiar childhood story of mine, I want to know YOURS what's a memory you have from your childhood?

During this trip we are on, I noticed Eddies thumb is healing! You guyyyyssssss, he's tried sooo many treatments and ointments and NOTHING WORKED. He basically gave up.

We'll fight till it's over. And after 10 years I'm thankful for the run we had.
It all started when I took my FIRST Insanity class live with Shaun T in Pennsylvania to a class of around 30 people.
I loved the format and became licensed to teach it.
Then 2 years later in March of 2014 I auditioned in NY and got to work with him(DREAM COME TRUE).
I became a Coach a month later and it forever changed my life.
I had a panic attack on a training call. My team was there to check in on me and say, "IT'S OK YOU GOT THIS."
Decided that I should either quit and never put myself through that embarrassment again, or try again and hope it got better.
I'm glad I decided to keep trying.
I worked my butt off for 2 years and was able to retire my husband so we could work together.
We then opened our own gym(not the best financial decision) but Coaching and Beachbody was there so we were ok.
We bought our house and Jeep with this Coaching income.
To say it's been an easy ride would be a lie, though.
The company changed how we were paid, and last year I decided to add on other jobs to keep us afloat.
I'm still thankful for my Beachbody/Bodi roots though.
I've met some amazing people here and they will be my FOREVER FRIENDS.
And even with BODgroups going away I'm STILL offering my own group & my monthly challenges going strong for the last 126 months!!!
I'm going to CONTINUE to offer those challenges FOR FREE for anyone who needs support.
Once a Coach, ALWAYS A COACH.
While what I do now has shifted only slightly I will say, I'm so PROUD to say I was with an AMAZING company for a decade and the people I met taught me the importance of MYSELF.
I've learned how to STOP overtraining.
I've learned how to STOP abusing the scale and my binge eating is no longer a struggle.
I've learned that personal development is a MUST for me daily.
I've learned how to become less of a people pleaser and to STAND UP FOR WHAT IS RIGHT.
I am better because of Bodi.
I have no regrets because I'm a better entrepreneur and I'm carrying my gifts into what I do now.

I also love traveling with Eddie. I'm at my laziest most relaxed self and can literally fall asleep anywhere So grateful he's the one that handles everything when we travel together.

Bro, this Supermoon. I've not had pain like this in a few months. Anyone else synced with the moon?! I finally broke down and decided to take some pain reliever yesterday and today bc these cramps were cray.
And yes, I am feeling WAYYY better than yesterday, so yes, I'll be teaching class, but I will be modifying some.
Got me some yam cream and castor oil/essential oil pack to help!!!!
Btw, if I'm really honest with myself this could also be because of.....
The added sugar from our last "Donut Saturday" ( they are closing, so yea.we got a dozen)
Also missed one day of my vitamins that help with decreasing my inflammation

In 2021, we took a risk and bought a brand new Jeep.
We were fine with the 1k monthly payment, but then 2023 happened & the year started out SHAKY.
Then one of my friends recommended I become an Affiliate for the Holistic store I was already shopping at. (Turns out I already had a referral link. Lol).....
I had my doubts, of course, and I was really hesitant to get involved in another online business.
But I knew I trusted the company and loved the products and found great success in my OWN HEALTH too...
