Do you ever get angry when someome treats a person a certain way because of their title, or rank or achievements, or income earnings.... or lack there of!?!?

Do you ever see yourself as LESS than because of what box you DONT fit into?!?!

That's how I felt at times, even with being a fitness instructor & Online Coach.

I would get asked things like...

What's your rank? How big are your classes??! Who's YOUR team? Do you have a BIG team!?!?

The reason I hated these questions was because it made you feel SMALL if you weren't AT THE TOP.

And even when I achieved some of those goals I set out for it still made me feel like I wasn't "enough."

I didn't like it. So I decided to work on changing my mindset bc I CAN take on that responsibility.

I also realized maybe I wasn't the only one that felt this way. So hear me out, bc maybe you can relate.

What helped me is to set out to see, WHO are the people that are kind...not just to "thier team" or "thier classes" but to EVERYONE?

Who would go out of their way to make that ONE person feel special?

I noticed that with this trip.

& no, this isn't about a popularity contest people.

This is about growth and being in a room of AMAZING people that you can't tell WHO the leader is bc we ALL step up and make EVERYONE FEEL LIKE THEY BELONG. That's REAL leadership.

And thats what this is about to me. I don't care about what you have achieved but I DO CARE about how you treat A PERSON.

And these women also GET THAT.

When I started believing that & ACTING on it, I started attracting that.

I've met some INCREDIBLE women along this journey & and I'm so grateful that THIS is what I was searching for.

These women matter to me...and NOT because I personally signed them up...(bc I didn't) they matter TO ME because they have a LIFE that matters.

They have value to give this world and I want to hear thier story & encourage them fo share that!!!!

I always wanted to hang out with women that were ALL leaders & would step in to LEAD rather than follow.

They would ask questions. They would have an open mind & be willing to learn. And MOST IMPORTANTLY They would make EVERYONE feel welcome.

A group of women that collaborate, that ALL have a voice and use it....for positivity.

A group of women who, when people meet, make them feel SO WELCOME that it doesn't matter WHO they signed up with or doesn't matter what TEAM they are on.

And that's who WE ARE.

We are a group of women who WELCOME everyone. We treat others the way we want to be treated.

We are ONE TEAM. ONE FAMILY. ONE TRIBE. ONE COMMUNITY.

And thats who WE ARE.

I saw new friendships form this trip and it was really beautiful. It made me realize that again. This not about a company, a rank or a goal.

This is about PEOPLE.

Thank you for showing me this reminder ladies. You mean so much to me & I'm so grateful we get to be in this TOGETHER.

A Perfect Fun Day

What a perfect fun day yesterday, after coffee, our workout and burgers at THE COVE for lunch we went shopping and Molly found some boots for her wedding!!!!

After more shopping we walked to the Riverwalk which is only a few blocks from our hotel. We had dinner there again last night & at this place they had a pretzel big enough for 5 people 😮 mmmm, yes plz.

Seriously it was such a fun night. So grateful that some of my Online Besties could join us early for so much fun before our conference starts.

We are headed to The Alamo later today!!! I'm so stoked!!!!! San Antonio really is an awesome place...just stay hydrated bc it's HOTTT🔥🔥🔥

Great Coffee

Y'all know I LOVE really great coffee right?! Travel always means finding LOCAL cafes and this one was a TOP FIND!!!!! Adding this to my #placenciacoffeetour collection. I had heard from a few friends about this place, and YES it's AMAZING!!!! Do you also search out local coffee shops when you travel too?? Any others in San Antonio we should try?!?!

Off to Summit 2023!

Went to bed at midnight. Got up at 245am to head to San Antonio for Coach summit & 2 flights later, checked in to hotel then went straight to gym...bc that's what virtual gym buddies do.

Life is easier when you have someone encouraging you to SHOW UP TOO.

Speak Up

Welcome to the conversation grads.

I definitely had "talks too much" on my report card too.

While yes, you are given 2 ears to listen and one mouth, I still believe women need to speak up MORE.

Speak up for what you believe in.

Speak up for your dreams but always remember no one will believe in them more than YOU.

Find others doing what you want to do. Speak to THEM and then listen.

Speak up for those who don't have as loud of a voice as you. They need YOU to be an inspiration.

Speak up, even though your voice is shaky, and you are scared of what others will think of you.

It's never easy in the beginning, but if you KEEP growing outside your comfort zone you WILL create a beautiful life that you once remembered you spoke about.

I Cried Hard

YESTERDAY I CRIED HARD... SO I SEARCHED OUT ADVICE FROM A FRIEND....

A Community of Love

Eddie & I were just talking about this....and YES, I've been seeing a LOT of hate recently & I want you to understand something...

There will ALWAYS be people creating communities out of divide..as in they have a REASON to hate a group of people or believe they NEED to place blame on....

BUT there's ALSO a group of people that creates community out of LOVE That also believes you can LOVE GOD, & ALSO LOVES ALL ETHINICITYS, RELIGIONS, SEXUAL ORINTATIONS....ALLLLL PEOPLE.

We AREN'T the loud ones deciding what is GOOD or EVIL in this world.

We just don't have the room in our hearts to JUDGE PEOPLE. WE are all ONE RACE. the HUMAN Race.

So if that's you too, just know you aren't alone. Continue to show up & show love & don't be quick to anger. Because in a world where we can believe that GOD LOVES US ALL, then we should practice and believe that belief and faith to act in love is in US too.

Loving the Spider-Verse!

Well, I didn't blink for 2 hours...bc that's how good the new Spider-Man move was....also slight spoiler....
THERE'S A TO BE CONT.....WHAT?!?!?! Oh em worrrrrrrrrddddd. Such a cliffhanger. And so freaking good!!!!!! The art, the music, the actors...ahhhhhhh, so Flippin good!!!
