If you want your life to be great you MUST put in the action behind it. There is no room for making assumptions or falling into the trap of comparison. Nutella Puppy Chow
(Nutella) Puppy chow recipe! No this is NOT a clean recipe btw ๐๐๐ this is ALL THE GOODNESS and I make this every year and my life is complete because of it ๐คฃ๐ and the best Part!?!
NO BAKING REQUIRED!!!!!

Ingredients for 17 cups Puppy chow.....
โ 1 family size box rice chex
โ 1 24 oz. Bag choc chips
โ 1 stick of butter
โ 1 1/2 bags powdered sugar
โ 1 cup peanut butter
โ 1/2 cup Nutella
โ splash of vanilla extract
โ(optional peanut m&m's for being so extra)

Double boil butter (use medium to lheat up large pot of water, place medium pot inside of it to melt the butter). Then add choc chips, PB and nutella stirring occasionally. When it's smooth add vanilla. Next add to a large bowl of rice chex (I recommend adding chocolate and adding chex folding on together. Definitely a 2 person job ๐ and wash your hands, cause it's about to get cray)... After fully coated use a large trash bag ( non-scented....yep I made that mistake b4) and add your powdered sugar to it. Then pour in the chocolatey chex GOODNSSS. Mix well and ENJOY. #nutellapuppychow

Listen ya'll I like to be super real with you and while I LOVE my job as an Online Coach/ Fit-preneaur/Fitness instructor.... One thing I know FERRR SHUURREE is that there will be times of happy & heartache and it's inevitable to hit roadblocks and when that happens I must ask myself 2 questions....
#1 What can I learn from this?
#2 where is the opportunity to grow?

This basically happens all through out life(not just work) & when I ask the RIGHT questions I DO find the RIGHT answers. Sometimes not as timely as I want but I'm getting there ๐๐๐ผ

...But I used to ask myself the wrong questions...like.....

๐๐ฝโโ๏ธWhy is this person NOT doing what they said they would do? (blaming).
๐๐ฝโโ๏ธwhy is it easier for this person(comparison)....

If you are also struggling with something then write down your problem, own it and ask yourself the RIGHT QUESTIONS. Trust me, answers ARE OUT THERE and when you find it, you MUST take action on it. Otherwise you will repeat the same cycle

AGAIN.
It's time for change. Roll with the change take responsibility and know that It might not be the timing you want but you do get there. You got this babe. ๐๐๐ผ
Hang in There
Not every day will be great and that's ok....& As much as it sucks to feel unhappy or sad or depressed we HAVE TO RECOGNIZE that's its the HARD times in life that also make the BEST times... the best. We wouldn't know strength if we didn't know struggle. We wouldnt know love if we didn't know hate. We wouldn't know hope without knowing despair.

Wherever you are just know that the hard times do pass but without them there we wouldn't appreciate the good times and experiences we have had and will have in the future. Your struggles do become your strengths. Hang in there.

What Do I Eat?
When people ask me what I eat my reply in my head is is usually "FOOD. LIKE ACTUAL, FOOD." ๐๐คฃNo pills. No cleanses.No weight loss coffee(listen coffee already makes me ๐ฉ so no thanks๐๐ผ.....and No 5 shakes a day. No "diet" foods. No sugar-free anything. No "foods" that come out of a box that will expire 30 years from now.....etc. ๐
So what do I ACTUALLY EAT!?!? In my HOLIDAY HUSTLE GROUP we are all logging our food each day(and trying to cut back on added sugar this week). So after I checked in for the night, I thought I would also share here too! ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
๐๐ผBreakfast.... 2 cups of coffee with organic half and half
๐๐ผSnack....natural peanut butter & a banana
๐๐ผDinner....sweet as honey chicken with rice and sugar snap peas(forgot to take a pic bc I scarfed it) but it was frickin amazing! #ilovehellofresh
๐๐ผraspberry Tea with honey
๐๐ผDessert... vegan strawberry superfoods smoothie with frozen berries and water(I'm planning on drinking it in about an hour bc that's when I want sweets)
๐๐ผmidnight snack.. . smart pop popcorn(I'm writing it down bc I know I will want some later and don't want to come back to edit this post ๐๐

Ya know how ya know you have grown from years of personal development!?!!?!....
You learn how to take a compliment.
I just re-wrote a message from a friend who said.....
"I want to be like you when I grow up."
My response was...
"Thanks, but I'm not that cool." ....
Then I rewrote it saying ..."Thanks, we ALL cool!"
For YEARS(including the message I got today) if I would hear someone say something nice and I would totally discredit what they would say...usually with sarcasm. Ummmm, can you say JERK!?!? ๐๐๐
I would rarely just say "THANK YOU." I had to explain myself or put myself down to prove thier compliment wrong and it's because I didn't believe it. I thought...."oh, they are just being nice"....or "they must want something in return." Seriously. That's what I thought!!!! I now realize that most people ARE KIND. I still have to catch my JERK-SELF from ruining my life but it just takes that extra few seconds to stop and see the positive rather than look for the negative.

- The ONE Thing
This quote stood out to me today because 2 words have been with me these last few years "FREEDOM" & "EMPOWERMENT." First, I wanted it for myself, & now I want it for others.
A few years ago those words meant nothing to me. Personal development meant nothing. The word "Successful" made me bitter.....and it's because I didn't even allow myself to dream BIG. I was also soooo envious of those that were successful. And for that, I put a cap on my own success. I was afraid of the word SUCCESS. To me I thought if I wanted MORE I would have to DO MORE. For someone who didn't get even halfway through college and a C student all through HS (yes I was the class clown, constant talker & guard Basketball player, #hoosier I just want to have fun ya'll ๐โ๐ผ).. I thought I was destined to ALWAYS be behind when it came to SUCCESS.
๐๐ฝโโ๏ธAnd BIG Success. Oh yeeeaaahhhh right!!!!!...that meant a BIG Possibility for BIG FAILURE. No thanks โโโ
Then in 2014 I finally realized.....
"THIS. SUCKS." I had hit a wall and that wall was my OWN tiny box I had built around myslef. I didn't ACTUALLY try because I was too scared of the thought...."WHAT IF I FAIL?!"
But I started to hear...."WHAT IF I SUCCEED!?!?" So yea. What if?!!??! So I imagined what that would look like and FINALLY told myself it was OH- KAYYYY to dream๐ค๐ค๐ค to me that meant.....

๐๐ผNot working for anyone else. Ever.again.
๐๐ผRetiring Eddie from his job so we could hang all day ๐ & we both pursue what we enjoy...

I think you know how this story goes and I still can't believe it all has happened....all while I was also teaching 15 fitness classes per week (I've since cut back and my knees thank me ๐)
My dreams are actually a little bigger now.
๐๐ผHelp others DREAM BIGGER & HELP THEM ALSO ACHIEVE IT.
๐๐ผBuy a beach house so I don't have to rent one for my Coach retreats anymore ๐

We made it home!!!! We left our itunes on and it played the same song from my Zumba Mega mix over 1,000x .....sorry #maithekitty ๐คฃ๐๐คฃ she was a little upset but I think shes over it now.
I still needed to get my Virtual Workout in & 37 min later.... done!!! I had to get week 3๐๐ผ caught up!!!!
It probably helps that our HOLIDAY HUSTLE accountability group is now filled with over 600 people and counting!!!!! You guys motivate me so much!!!!! ๐๐ญ๐๐๐ผ
