That statement couldn't be MORE true. So are you happy most the time? Or angry sad and depressed? Knowing from experience I was NOT happy most of the time. I was trying to please people and get approval and help OTHERS be happy. What that taught me was there are 2 types of people in this world. GIVERS and TAKERS. Yes there are mixes of both but not too often.

It's SO important to take time for yourself and the Right people will always support that. The TAKERS will question your dreams and ambitions because they are worried How it will affect THEM and the GIVERS will celebrate in your dreams and goals and encourage you to go after it!!!!!

It took me a while to realize if I wanted to become MORE happy I needed to stop trying to give to the TAKERS. I needed to give that love to ME and to the other GIVERS in the world....Because Takers gonna TAKE TAKE TAKE π§πΆπ§π΅ And guess what!? It worked...Im surrounded by people who continually love not only others but themselves. TRULY. Tonight I'm Finding happiness in the little things.... I've got the Best cup of coffee in hand while scrolling social media being inspired by the people checking into the fitness groups and watching Eddie play video games he loves. It's a good night.

I remeber doing this move awhile back and struggling with balance and with keeping my back straight. I also wasn't able to go down to the ground like I am here..... But NOT TODAY!ββ It's because I KNEW if I took action then I KNEW I would be successful 30, 60, 90 days from when I began.

Workout Done!
Workout done!!!! I usually take Sundays off but yesterday I UNPLUGGED from everything so had to make up BOOTY day today!!!!
We all need to have a day of self care....and yesterday was that day for me. I researched cute patio ideas and spent money on Amazon....so yea. It's been a PERFECT weekend π
How was yours!?!?! Do you get energy from staying in or going out!?!? I definitely love my sweats and lounging π

It's such a freeing feeling to know you don't have to put up with crap from people! π
As a former dysfunctional people pleaser I realized I would NEVER find true happiness by trying to be everyone's best friend and that meant I had a lot of negativity that I was surrounding myself with. I Had to remind myself some people are mean to others because they are sad, insecure and always want to play the victim so they don't have to take responsibility for the hand life has dealt them.
Its true. I know because I was that way! I was jealous, easily offended and not going anywhere in life until I took responsibility and decided I wanted better for my own life. I'm still nice to everyone but once someone brings up drama, gossip about others or complain about the SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN...Then BUH-BYYEEEEE!!!!! You better be nice or leave because I ain't got time. β
Mediocre
Don't settle for mediocre. If you don't like something, change it. We are ALL people with great ideas and dreams and passions. I've seen too many AMAZING people belittled or judged by others or themselves (for fear of what others think) because they weren't following the norm of society. π

Think of your role models or people of history that really changed the world. They lived to thier fuller potential because they believed in a better life. Do you think before the greats became great they were accepted by EVERYONE? No, because they failed over and over before they became strong enough and wise enough to become the people they needed to become in order to do those great things.

I say all this to encourage you to realize that YOU are incredible! And I encouage you to become who you were always meant to be. It just takes stepping out of your comfort zone, sacrifice of time (that you get back in years of happy) and patience.....plus a whole lotta belief in your purpose. Find something you love and do it with the END result in mind. OVER&OVER&OVER again. Life is too short friends stop caring about the naysayers. Rise up and above by finding people who rise up and above. They don't got time for judgment, and doubts and neither should you. πππ

57 days ago I decided to take on a program that needed more determination, more effort and more focus. I NEEDED to do this program for me and my health and future. I also do this alongside my Virtual Fit Club participants to help show them this IS POSSIBLE & WE ARE WORTH IT. π€
