57 days ago I decided to take on a program that needed more determination, more effort and more focus. I NEEDED to do this program for me and my health and future. I also do this alongside my Virtual Fit Club participants to help show them this IS POSSIBLE & WE ARE WORTH IT. π€

There are no shortcuts when it comes to our health. You get out of it what you put in. Do you need some motivation? What about help with a meal plan that works for you and workouts that push past plateaus(you can do from anywhere on your own time)?
