My Greatest Achievement
This pic is from 2012.
I was BEYOND exhausted.
Around that time I was teaching over 20 hours of fitness classes and getting very little sleep.
I ended up in the hospital from really bad fibroids. I couldn't even stand up. (This brings me to my #AprilAppreciation post, so hang in....)
I called the gym I was working for because I was supposed to be teaching multiple classes that evening.
I told them I couldn't come in. I was in the hospital.
I was then told that it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to find my OWN subs.
Here, I was working in a career to help people improve their health & the people I work for did NOT care about my OWN health.
That was it. That was the turning point.
I set out determined to WORK FOR MYSELF.
Thank goodness for online work and now more than ever I feel more in alignment than ever before.
I just got done sharing THIS story on our SAVE $ & MAKE $ Zoom and I can see the hope that my friends have.
Something better is being BUILT HERE & that leads me to my appreciation post.
"What's your greatest achievement?"
Showing people that they CAN have HOPE.
Showing them they MATTER.
Showing them they can take off work.
Showing them they can live UNAPOLOGETICALLY.
Showing them that TIME is all we have.
Showing them that TIMEwithh those we love is real FREEDOM.
Showing them that they can make an impact.
SHOWING THEM HOW.
That's my greatest achievement.
