Day 9

Day 9 .... "Things you appreciate about yourself" this one is rough, because naturally I think of all the things I could or should be better. I know, I know I shouldn't "SHOULD" all over myself. But there's the truth, and I'm wanting to he honest with this #AprilAppreciation challenge. So here's goes it again......

I appreciate that I am kind.

I know when it comes down to it, I care about people. I wouldn't be in the work I am in without wanting to actually help them. And according to them they told me I'm nice so I'll take their word for it

I appreciate that I am resilient.

When I say I'm doing something, I usually show up and at least TRY, even when I suck. I know that's part of the journey & as much as I want to just hit the goal, this causes me to slow down and appreciate the here and NOW.

I appreciate that I love HARD.

Like, I will go to bat and do the right thing if someone is messing with one of my friends. I've recently learned I've had to stand up for what is right for MYSELF, too. I'm so glad that I'm starting to see that I also deserve to be loved and I allow myself to set healthy boundaries.

I appreciate that I am always learning and growing.

The more I lean into personal growth the more I realize I need to work on it even more. Hence the book club M-F in my fb group.

I appreciate that I have such an amazing circle of people around me.

I think that's why I don't mind doing the ASK when it comes to what I do. Most of my closest friends are people that I asked to join me in health or business and it's because I want to be their friend.
As in ACTUAL friend. We go on vacays together, we get on zooms together, we meet up at fitness classes and hang after, we meet up on book club.... My crew is freaking incredible people and I am so grateful that I get to be a part of their world.
