Is it weird that we don't do the whole gift thing on Valentine's day?! Actually we don't do gifts on holidays in general actually!!!! (Yep, I'm talking birthdays, Christmas, anniversaries...all of it.) Unless I'm out and I think Eddie might like something then I pick it up and he does the same for me but it's more spur of the moment.

Early on we realized that Gifts was both low on our love language list so instead we spend more time together and if we want to spend money it's usually to save up for the next trip we take!

I'm saying all this to say that if your love language isnt gifts either(or if it is), then let your significant other KNOW! I think it's SO important for people to TALK about the things they NEED to feel fulfilled in a relationship. So ask yourself ..."Is my love tank filled?" If not, then what do I need from the person I love?""How will I tell them this, TODAY?" .."Annnd what do THEY need to feel love in return?" This can relate to your friends and family too. 😘 It's OK to talk about your needs! It's more than OK, it's NEEDED!!
