Sending a 💋 to my Virtual Family around the world.💕I had a call earlier today with my team and lately our calls have been about seeing the difference between our lives BEFORE AND AFTER becoming a team.

And while yea, it's HARD to put yourself out there and talk about our own struggles, we realize that it would have been A LOT HARDER staying quiet and living in fear and shame and feeling alone on our journey.

So while some people might judge us for wanting to create a community of people who want to feel accepted and loved and stay more accountable to a healthier life, to us we are SO grateful that we said YES to this.

The family we have is so honest and open and when our video chats end in tears I realize these people are so much more than my friends. They are my family. And I love them.
