Headed home today with all the feels & I also want to give a special shout out to the CEO of our Coaching Company, Carl Daikeler ....Ya see he could have just canceled this trip tp Riviera Maya but he decided to still give us Coaches Vouchers to still go on this trip and I'm so so grateful.

He's honestly the hardest working man I've ever met and his passion, for helping people to live healthier and more fulfilled lives, is something I truly admire.

Ready for You, July

Ready for you, July. In less than a week I'm heading to Mexico on a trip I earned for helping just 3-5 people per month for 12 months in a row. To think I doubted this for almost 2 years makes me realize that we ALL think we don't have what it takes when it comes to pursuing our dreams. We think we will fail & that's what stops us before we even start.....I recently shared this with someone so I thought I would share with you too...

Failures are a part of learning and growth. We ALL started off as failures- we learned to eat, crawl, walk, fall over, run, ride a bike, fall again, get a job, quit or get fired, relationship after relationship failed ....but we STILL get up- bc there is ALWAYS growth from it!!!

If you are interested but nervous about it, you can also join for the discount and join as a participant FIRST then decide later if Coaching is right for you too.

Coaching is all about 'ME FIRST" which sounds like a selfish concept but it's not. Being a Coach is about OUR HEALTH, OUR MINDSET and when we CAN treat ourselves with love then we then have the confidence to help others. that's how I learned.

Show Up for Yourself

If there's one thing I've learned from Health and Wealth Coaching it's is #1 show up for YOURSELF FIRST. It's hard for a people pleaser, I get that, but hear me out.

Its important to remember that those who TRULY support you, will. And those that don't....well...it's time to stop worrying about their opinions....& keep your distance from the negativity.

The people pleaser in you wants you to stay put and fit in and make sure everyone else is happy FIRST, but both you and I know that doesn't last long. Toxic people will always feed off of your energy until you draw a line & say, "NO".

When you say NO to those things or people holding you back it makes room for the YES that leads to a BETTER LIFE.

This relates to all BIG changes in my life and I bet you can relate too...

I stayed in a relationship that drained me physically, emotionally and financially....until I said NO.

I stayed in a job that ALSO drained me physically, emotionally and ALSO financially ( because I wasn't paid fairly) ....until I said NO.

Both of those BIG desicions led me to Eddie, and later on, Coaching.

That freedom I wished for was only a dream until I finally said NO, so I could later say YES to something better.

And I'm STRONGER in every sense of the word because of it....but I'm not here to tell you where I am and the goals I am reaching for now, but Instead....I'm here to ask YOU where YOU want to go.

The Story You Tell Yourself

The story you KEEP telling yourself is how your story will KEEP going.

For years my story was one of blame, shame and envy. Until I realized that I was the cause. That was a hard pill to swallow but once I realized this, my world opened up for GROWTH.(not just talking biceps here.)

I stopped seeing scams, instead I saw opportunity.

I stopped seeing failure as bad- I learned from it and now welcome it.

I stopped the panic attacks not because I ran from fear but because I faced it. OVER and OVER and OVER.

I stopped the judgements of others, now knowing it was just my own judgement that I was putting out in the world.

Sometimes you have to STOP thinking you are something you aren't and START thinking you have greatness inside of you...because YOU DO.

Some affirmations for ya....(and myself bc I am NEEDING growth daily)

I believe in abundance now.. because it is everywhere.

I believe in a better tomorrow...because I believe that myself and others around me, can & do, make a positive impact RIGHT NOW.

I believe in me...because God created me to trust in Him & to trust in myself.

I believe in YOU...because God created you too.

Last Ducking Day

Not only did our last hotel stop have the nicest front desk guy we've ever met, but we also got ducked back in the parking lot!!! La Crosse Wisconsin you did not disappoint!! A perfect end to our trip #duckduckjeep #jeepducking

Devils tower was freaking phenomenal! Definitely go.... and also check out Eddie's doppelganger seriously as soon as he put on his hiking boots I couldn't stop thinking of Rescuers down under. Dreaming Bigger

Today is PAY DAY in our Online Coach business & I celebrate this paycheck today because this business is giving me the opportunity for my husband and I to travel out west and visit South Dakota.

We have signed up for adventures everyday and without this income we would have never been able to do this. I'm so grateful and so glad I kept showing up.

Dreaming bigger was always there, but without this opportunity I wouldn't have known how to get here.

I hope everyone who is here reading this takes this chance at life seriously bc we never get time back, but we do have the chance to grow a business that allows us the freedom to have MORE time with the people we love and to me, there is no greater goal than that. #hereforit
