I'm celebrating y'all....not ony did I FINISH THIS PROGRAM but my Strength increased this week!!!! Yes, im tooting ny own horn....because I think we should ALL be proud of our accomplishments....anyhoooooooo, Last week I was all bummed because I felt I lost strength because my reps sucked. This week I took more rest...and I ate cleaner...annnnnnd it seems to have done the trick!!!!

Indiana Girl
When I get asked about what living in Indiana again is like...I usually list the things I've missed since being gone for 10 years...Indiana (and any place really) is special to me because of the PEOPLE.
Relationships are always more important than locations. And for that I will never take for granted the time I get to see my loved ones.

Did you know we are ALL Leaders in life? Because we are ALL leading at least one life in this world. Ourselves. When I realized this then I couldn't blame my past or others anymore for my situation. I took responsibility for my actions(or lack there of) and decided that I would become a leader that I would WANT to follow. Trust me, I'm still growing and learning...and the more I learn, the more I realize I've got a long way to go! But trust me, it feels good finally deciding to be on this journey.

What helped me and what might help you is confronting a few areas and taking action without letting fear of failure stop you.

For example I would say to myself....
.
"I lead myself into a better relationship with myself and others by listening to at least one audiobook on personal development/growth per month.
"I lead myself into a better career opportunity by connecting with and learning from 2-3 fellow Coaches per week through videos or podcasts.
"I lead myself into a healthy lifestyle by committing to a program and completing each one before moving onto the next one. I also follow my meal plan(80% of the time π)

I recommend you also write down at least one area you would like to improve on and also write down HOW you will get there. And don't just write it down once. I'm talking EVERYDAY. I already had about 2 full bags of dove chocolates the last few days(thanks for the reminder chin pimpleπ) so yeaaaaaa....increasing my water is a MUST!!!!! 30 oz down. 60 to go! Ninja-in-Training
I cant believe I survived my first NINJA WARRIOR COURSE!!!!!! ππHow often do you get out of your comfort zone!?!?! Hopefully frequently. Because, how else do we get better!!?!?? πββοΈWell tonight after my workout I went to a gym where they have a Ninja Warrior course!!!! Funny thing, they had a kids class starting and I was told I could still participate or watch if I wanted to...."ummm heck yes" was my answer π€£ And surprisingly I was able to hang with these tweens. Literally. There were definitely some things I just couldn't do(yet) but now I know what I need to work on!!!! I was surprised though by how much I COULD do side by side with kids that were 20+ years younger than me!!!!!
Seriously guys.....Age is ONLY a number!!!! But I have to give MAJOR props to the fellow Coaches encouraging me and to the programs and supplements I've used for the past 4 years!! ......So what is it that scares you!? Signing up for Spartan, a marathon, Ninja Warrior, starting an online business...being able to (fill in the blank)?!?!?! ANNNND WHY are you waiting!?!?!? Because you will never FEEL ready. You just have to DO IT!!!!!
