Fear of Food
I USED TO FEAR FOOD.
This last trip, I was able to eat and drink what I want without guilt or shame & that is HUGE.
It's day ONE of my Food Freedom group & todays video really hit me. Too many people demonize food and think " I eat BAD".
I thought this for YEARS and even had a very unhealthy relationship with both food and the scale. Which left me trying to find what was "RIGHT."
So what was "RIGHT"?
(keep in mind, this "RIGHT" way of thinking was NOT helpful to me or my mindset around food)....
> Starving myself
> searching for the 'popular' food with the words..."low fat", "high protein", "sugar free", "low carb"....etc.
> 30 day cleanses where you drank more than you chewed
All of those 'diets' made me feel tired, angry and STILL I felt OBSESSED with food. I still had 'food shame' when it came to having 'treats' so it would spiral the next day into starving. Then the bingeing would start all over again.
This was my story FOR OVER A DECADE.
So what helped me? My mindset shifted OVER TIME & my Registered Dietician taught me there was a better way.
This is NOT a quick fix, instead this is a program that allows you to LEARN & become more CONFIDENT & more in CONTROL of what you eat. She has helped me SO much- and that's why I share this.

I mean have you seen what I eat!? It's well over 2,000 calories EVERYDAY without guilt!!! Can I get an AMEN!??! My only regret is not starting this sooner!
