Non-Scale Victory
Let's talk about non scale victories. Do YOU celebrate them enough!? Usually after I finish a program I go and buy myself a new workout outfit. And notice how I didn't mention when I lost weight, or inches or gave up processed sugar....etc. NOPE. Because here's the thing... if I focused SOLELY on those things I wouldn't have a healthy body image.
To me a healthy body image comes from the CONSISTENT WORK(and rest) that I do. Bc I'm showing my self love through healthy actions.
And that means that I'm deciding and COMMITTING to a program. Whether it's 21 days or 12 weeks. To me, that goal of starting AND FINISHING deserves a reward. Ya feel?!?!!?
