My blender AND superfoods out on the counter so I SEE IT. Yup.
A pantry full of foods that I won't go cray on. YUP...

I had to also. And when I really want some, I drive to the gas station for a SINGLE SERVE bag. Bc I CANNOT have a large bag in the house.
I know my weaknesses and I also know that's what I MUST DO in order to be successful at this. Bc yea, I have a history if bingeing and starving, so why climb a mountain and decide to break my legs before I even begin?!? Bc that’s what food addiction & emotional does to you.
But there's hope, ohkayy?! Now go throw away that crap and message me if you need a plan that is HOLISTIC & NOT A DIET OR A QUICK FIX & STILL ALLOWS YOU TREATS....This is a lifestyle baby, and I'm here for it
