Monday to do list...
I was thinking about how I used to not really PLAN Mondays, they would just happen, and I would be in REACTIVE STRESS mode ....all the time.
I lived for the weekends bc Sunday was the ONLY day I didn't teach classes or go to the gym. Now I hop on Zoom with fellow Coaches, brainstorm & work from a timer and I actually have a structure that I GET TO CREATE. Dare I say, I freaking LOVE Mondays!?!?
I will never take this for granted. I'm still staying with my friend and this job makes it easier to be able to make my schedule work around doc appointment and med pick ups.

Btw, just curious, how do you feel about Mondays? Love it, hate it...same as everyday?
