Excuses or Reasons
We either have excuses for an unhealthy lifestyle, or reasons for a healthy lifestyle....and most times it's the same answers both sides give.
I hope you know I don't post my journey to make anyone feel guilty, instead I post to uplift you, encourage you & say in order to move closer to where you want to be you must first ACT like you are already there. I woke up with a sore neck & almost skipped and did a rest day again....but I KNEW I would feel better if I didn't skip.
Consistency, hard work and living an 80/20(80% healthy lifestyle...20% whatevs Gimmie that ) ....has brought more happiness and fulfillment than living 20/80 life ever could. Trust me when I say this is WORTH it. Bc I'm worth it. And so are you.
