Not miss a day of my superfoods smoothie
Give my Patreon Peeps a class schedule that rocks(posting 10 classes this month for all ya'll.)
helping 10 new people for my Feb 15 Check Yo-Self 6 week Challenge

stick to my 830am schedule & be done with personal development, team calls, my own workout and check ins by 130pm Tues-Sat & ready for bed at 1130
