Today's affirmation hit a little harder than most.

"I AM FREE"

Too often I look at my list of work and get a little overwhelmed but when I stop and appreciate the freedom this opportunity has given me I am reminded of where I used to be just a few years ago.

I am FREE because I chose this career path.

I am FREE because instead of listening to the haters who said PYRAMID SCHEMES are scams, I instead did my research and found out that this was NOT what I thought. (Tbh, I used to bash other people too...it didn't do me any good either. It only makes you feel better in the moment, not in the long term. )

I am FREE because I chose my hard. I chose to put in the extra hours between working for multiple gyms while I built this.

I am FREE because instead of having excuses to quit, I looked at them as reasons to succeed.

I am FREE because instead of hiding from my destructive patterns I learned to FACE them and opened my mind to growing into becoming better everyday.

I am FREE because I let go of my ego & self limiting beliefs and chose to learn from those I was once envious of.

Being FREE is a choice in the NOW to be grateful for the life we have and to make choices that align with who we are and who we want to become regardless of judgements from others.

Judgement is unavoidable. Even though there's only ONE that gets to be the Judge too often others find it their duty to judge because it makes them feel better.

Not everyone will like you & that's ok. It's not our job to make others like us, it's our job to like ourselves and to be genuinely interested in our best interest.

When we do good for ourselves it makes us do better for those around us.
