Forget for One Day

Me and (Dobby looking) Batman saying hi today. Btw, Don't let the opinions of others, especially negative opinions about yourself stop you from doing something that could end up being great for you.

What if for one day, you forgot about yesterday and you didn't treat yourself with disappointment or anger and instead showed yourself love and respect? What would that look like? What would it FEEL like?

I know I used to beat myself up, ALOT. I would have a crazy few days of eating ....kinda like this weekend, then I would starve myself until the number on the scale went back down. That not only destroyed my metabolism but I felt angry and out of control and it never really solved the issue.

What's helped me is having the flexibility and a REAL Holistic plan to get back on track when I need it. I needed to forgive myself to move forward and stop living by my excuses. I learned to do this out of love for myself and NOT out of guilt or shame.
