Unwanted Identity
Stop defending an identity you don't want.
Procrastinator, multi-tasker, scatter brained, failure...all stories I CONTINUED telling myself until I realized, .."WHY AM I CHOOSING THIS IDENTITY!?!?!?"
I chose a new path and EVERYTHING changed.
I recently started setting an alarm again. Yes, I work for myself but I was not giving enough time to myself because I was rushing trying to get what I needed done before I met virtually with my clients and Coaches. My mindset was NOT right and I KNEW that. So I took note... I realized I HAD TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.
I set my alarm for 3 hours earlier and I now have the time for personal growth, earlier workout and work time so I have MORE time with family and friends and ENJOYING life.(along with earlier bed time).
I'm sharing this because there's hope. Your story is NOT over. You make thousands of decisions everyday. Write them down and take note of what sets you on the path towards your goals and write down also what doesn't.
When you see patterns you see what could improve and you now can take better action steps each day.
Take responsibility. Again, ✋ STOP defending an identity you don't want. We are better than what we give credit to. We are powerful beautiful beings. Identify with your highest self and you WILL help yourself and help others more. 💕
