Day One or One Day?
Day one....or one day!?!?!
Today my group begins!!!!! I'm so stoked for this challenge ....and yes, I'll be road tripping for the next 2 weeks so this a MUST that I check in!!!! So here's my accountability check in...DAY 1 DONE!!!!!
And since ya'll are my accountability buddies I thought I would share my goals this month...
✅ To not miss ONE day of this 21 Day challenge (strength, hiit & mobility training)
✅ continue getting up before 8am
✅ drink my super foods shake EVERYDAY
✅ Listen to the audio book ATOMIC Habits and share takeaways with my group on Thursdays
✅Work my Coaching biz 815am -945am & 11-1pm
✅ Remember to be in the moment and take time for all this so by afternoon most days I can head to the beach 🏖 🥰🙌 #workhardplayhard
