Still Motivated
I wasn't going to post this bc truthfully I don't see much of a difference from these pics, besides they are taken from different rooms π€£ππΌ But a fellow Coach who joined me for this last 6 week challenge posted hers and it soooo motivated me.
And yes, it's SO TRUE, we WANT to see the physical changes but in reality what's MORE important is what's happening on the INSIDE.
So I'm celebrating my wins today too....
ππΌI went from lifting 20lbs to 30lbs for all of my leg work.
ππΌ I am stronger mentally too. I recently signed up to have a Mindset Coach and go through a 21 day training and if I wasn't confident enough to do it, I woulda never taken this next step.
ππΌ I am now doing a 3 day detox(day 1) because I can tell from my headache I SO NEEDED to cut my caffeine and sugar. I've cheated on this program before but I have the mental strength to DO IT RIGHT this timeπ
ππΌlast but not least I LOVE my workout crew & my win is that I'm a part of something AMAZING. Team SWEAT, you guys give me life and I thank you for your consistency in showing up for yourselves and othersπππ I love you allπππ
