With all the things out of our control remember we DO have more control over our mindset than we might give ourselves credit for.

Wanna change your perspective? Here's A few tips that have helped me....

Brain dump what are feeling then move on.

Make a gratitude list.

Unplug from social media.

listen to an audio book or podcast that empowers & uplifts you. My book this month is UNTAMED

Move your body and focus on the movement and the music and how good it feels in that moment.

smile. Sounds simple enough, but try it. Even better, snap a pic and post a positive thing in your life you are thankful for and share it with friends &ask them to do the same.

Meditate and use the "I am" (on the inhale) and choose a positive word to think of on the exhale.
