Hide the Leftovers!
Who else asked their family to hide the leftover Halloween candy from them?!?
Sure, I fully understand that candy is NOT good for me, but did I eat ALOT of it this past weekend?!?
Heck yes I did. Bc I'm a real person and sometimes self control means nothing to me.
But what I know DOES work is getting back on the superfoods train and sticking to my routine.
I'm now on track with 3 days of workouts, my regular superfoods shake for lunch and NO candy.
