Take a Chance on You

Reflecting back these last few months I realize something ...if I didn't take a chance on myself I would have had to miss out on people, places and experiences that bring me joy.

Ya see you aren't going to be able to achieve NEW experiences in life if you decide to NOT take chances.

We legit ALL have fears of failing in front of others but we also have a small amount of hope in the unknown & the "what ifs"....

So ask yourself...

"What if I truly loved who I am...how would I take care of myself better?"

"What if I start that Online Business & stay true to my word with the time I say I will put into it?"

"What if I ask for the help I need instead of letting my ego and assumptions of others cloud my judgment?"

"What if I could provide more for the people I love?"

"What if I succeeded?"

What would ALL that really look like for you? What it FEEL like? Sit in those thoughts for a bit because God doesn't give us dreams if He thought we couldn't achieve them. #mondaymotivation #sweatwithsarah #healthyandwealthycoaching
