Behavior v. Belief

You can't change your BEHAVIORS until you change your BELIEFS about
WHO...
YOU.....
ARE....

Ya know I would spend MORE TIME & ENERGY focusing on reasons I COULDN'T accomplish my goals and that mindset got me NOWHERE.

If I wanted to achieve financial freedom, overcome my binge eating & strengthen my marriage then I had to BELIEVE it was possible. ... and I had to take ACTION.

So ACTION I took....

With my finances I started putting MORE effort into my Online Business & stopped making excuses (even when I was teaching 15-20 classes, personal training and running my own studio.) If others can do it, why can't I?!?!

For my binge-emotional eating I followed a meal plan and journaled WHY I was basing my worth on a number on the scale.

With my marriage I started to appreciate Eddie MORE & I asked for help when I needed it. He's my rock and I'm so grateful for him...and always will be.

When you realize you CAN decide to NOT listen to your self limiting beliefs then you make room for BETTER Beliefs.....Just know, you can't have both.

Sure somedays that UGLY side will try to get you down but you say..."STOP, THIS IS THE NEW ME & I LOVE WHO I AM BECOMING BECAUSE IF I CAN SHOW THAT LOVING MYSELF MATTERS, THEN OTHERS WILL TOO."
